Wow, I was feeling a little overly sore and kind of a burnt or feeling the past couple of days so I decided to mix it up a bit today from the norm. *A little bit lighter weights with focusing on hitting 10 reps and about half the rest time inbetween sets and holy crap. *I wish I wasn't working out alone today so someone could snap some pictures my viens were an inch out of my skin

Meals so far today

Meal 1
60g Oatmeal
2 whole eggs
1 oz ham
1 slice ff cheese
2 slices ww bread
65g carbs / 15g fat / 38g protein

Meal 2 (pre wo)
10.5 oz sweet potatoe
3.5 oz chicken
75g carbs / 35g protein

That's all the meals for now, I write this from my iPhone on the treadmil haha

Got one class tonight from 430-6 than a *full night of meetings and hw for various things, oh how I love approaching mid term time of the semester. *I really thought my schedule was a breeze this semester utility I realize it's all midterm and final heavy so I'll be busy studying my ass off the next 2 weeks before it dies down again and I can take a breath of fresh air. *Gotta beat my 3.67 gpa of las semester

My asteroid stack should be arriving here on campust anyday now :) but I will probaby wait another week or two before starting it up to establish some base numbers in this log so I have something to judge the progress off of. *

Hey man, I went by exactly the dosing recommended and let me say that it worked amazing! Im about to start another run of the asteroid stack very soon and am very anxious to do so. Just follow the recommended and you'll love the results.

Thanks a lot man, Im just the perfect example of consistancy and hard work. Its crazy to think im 21 and Ive been wokring out 5-6 days a week for the past 6+ years of my life haha Almost 1/3 of my life ive been in the gym lol

About your question, if you look closely at what you quoted:

I do like to mix it up in my workouts. The way I normally workout is 2-3 heavy compound exercises to start off my workout then finish up with 2-3 isolation exercises with higher reps. So far ive gotten really good results from that and thats why its my normal routine in the gym
 
Hot damn a freaking amazing workout, Im loving this new workout so far. Ive been really sore since starting it because my bodies not used to hitting everything twice a week yet but Im definitely feeling the benefits so far. I just feel like im making improvements already.

Im honestly not to sure about those three supplements, ive never looked them up but I will and I will get back to you on my oppinions but the reason I chose a lot of USP Labs supplements is because of the lack of trust I have in a lot of companies in the supplement industry. You find a company like USP labs where they're higher ups are so out there and so reachable and it gives me a sense of security as to what im putting into my body. Theres parts of the supplement company out there that are very dark but its nice to see a company like USP Labs that makes great, honest supplements that natural bodybuilders can take that actual work and thats why i chose their asteroid stack.

Hey thanks a lot man. Im just lovin' what i do. I think thats why i stay so consistant with it, im not here to make a career out of bodybuilding, its a hobby for me and I have the simple goal of being the best natural bodybuilder of my time, thats all haha I have been blessed with good (i say good because it has taken me 6 years to build this physique) muscle building genetics but more importantly my parents have installed one hell of a work ethic in me so I know i will not quit until ive reached my ultimate goal.
Glad you stopped by this thread its going to get good in the near future as I plant o try out some powerlifting in this upcoming year as well.

Thanks a lot man, as Ive said before I just love what i do. Its definitely possible to get to my size, just work hard and keep a clean diet.

Good choice to switch to CS haha I love it and if you love problem solving youll like it too. Computer science is a lot more than just programming, you have to love the theory behind it all.

Well. . .it will be in Elk River, MN October 16th. . .Northern States Classics. . .Should be fun. . .current weight is 220-221. . i think im hovering around 8% right now. . .i'm trying to go into show about 200lbs and or 198 after i pull the water out. . .should be ready to roll. . .not sure if i'll be cutting weight in the next couple of weeks or run an 8week cut. . .luckily were young so we have great metabolism's just don't want to cut to hard ya know. .

that sounds like a pretty solid weight you have yourself at, whats your height? If its your first contest prep i definitely suggest doing longer than an 8 week prep, 12 at the minimum. Give yourself some time for mistakes because they're going to happen your first time around unfortunately. I think "cutting to hard" would be trying to drop 20+lbs in 8 weeks, give yourself atleast 12 to do it. Itll make it much easier or on you and let you spare a lot more muscle tissue

Wooo killed power leg workout today, ive been so motivated over the past few weeks as i follow layne and zak's prep through their logs. I cant wait to compete again but i know I need the time to get bigger and i plan on doing so. After continue to lose weight on 375g Carbs/ 240g's protein/ 65 g's fat I upped my carbs to 400 and going to see where that takes me and continue to work from there.

- Still getting there after my knee injury idk if i ever posted what it actually was but after i got an MRI they found that it was more or less a chipped bone that had been moved out of place. I ordered a nice pair of knee raps to use during leg workouts that it hink should really help

Ive also realized along with my upper body my calves are a big weak point so im going to hitting them harder and more often than i usually do, gotta make those babies grow.

This morning I weighed in at 209.8 which im not happy about because ive dropped another 2 pounds since i decided to transition back into bulking from my mini cut, which means the calories must increase sooner than i thought. Love my metabolism while cutting, hate it while bulking lol

Recently ive been working out 7x/week and on the two days i normally would have off I go and just do abs/traps. Ive got nothing else to do right now with one of my two summer classes being over and the only one im stil taking is an online course so i figure, why not go to the gym everyday haha Ive been working on stomach vacuums also and cant wait to see what it looks like on me at a low body fat as im getting pretty good at controlling my abs while doing them.


Also Ive continued to tracking my calories everyday right now im at 400g carbs / 270g protein / 65g fat and have been hovering around 209-210 which is way to light for me right now. Im trying to bulk up slowly about a pound a week and continue that progression until mid-november so ill adjust accordingly. Doing that will put me right around 225 which is what i want.

Also if anyone hasnt seen the video of layne nortons low fat pizza, definitely check it out. Ive made them the past two days and there amazing!

On that I have 1 pocketless whole wheat pita, 3 oz pizza sauce, fat free mozzarella, fat free ricotta cheese, chicken which puts its around 53g carbs / 35g protein / 4g fat and tastes freakin' amazing lol

Whereas some supplements get copied by different companies , pre wo as an example, as far as i know the ingredients of Prime have never been duplicated into an alternative product. This is why i am a bit skeptical so looking forward to your review.

I hear that as well, actually someone came up to me in the gym the other day and we were talking about USP Labs supplements and he said the same thing that he had heard mixed reviews about it. I cant speak for other people but me personally, ive used it 4 different times (2 bottl runs each time) and have always loved the results. I guess it is just like every other supplement out there though in the fact that some people react better than others. But definitely keep an eye on this log because im going to document everything im feeling in regards to the supplementation
 
Idk if its the reintroduction of USP Labs Jack3d into my supplement regime (as its too early from my experience for the asteroid stack to be kicking in yet) but the past two days I have been amped, motivated as hell, and killing it in the gym. Overall really good workout, im really starting to feel myself making progress with the hard workouts and upped calories im really happy with how things are going right now.

If thats the case man definitely send him my way. Juicing at 19 imo is the stupidest thing you could possibly do. Your body is already oozing testosterone you dont need anymore. Plus, not speaking for him but at 19 most people aren't committed enough to run a responsible cycle. Ive been working out for over 6 years now and of course I was tempted to look into it at times but after staying natural and achieving what ive achieved, im so happy i made the right choice. Plus when it comes down it unless your attempting to make your living off of powerlifting/bodybuilding/etc, is it worth risking even the slightest health defect that anabolics can cause? Im not saying they're are as bad as the media portrays them to be believe me I hate how some people treat them worse than heroin but if your a casual lifter or even someone who does it for the love of it but is planning on having a completely unrelated career like me, why risk it?

So definetly send him my way and tell him to ask me any question he may have because ive been in the same exact situation he has been.
 
Dude, i'm starting this stack next week. Looking to get up to the 200 lbs mark. I'm currently between 185-190. I was hoping you could give me some guidance and inspiration. Any help you could provide would be greatly appreciated

thisll definitely help you do it, your going to have to up your calories big time though this stack makes me burn through calories like its my job haha. Im eating 400g carbs/65g fat/ 250g protein and my weight isnt budging. Im going to have to up them again

Thanks bro, I'm currently eating 6 times a day. Would you say I should eat more per meal or throw an extra meal or 2 in?

i would say just eat more/meal. Ive tried to eat 7+ times a day and unless your willing to wake up int he middle of the night to eat (which i used to do) its really hard to fit more than 6 meals in a day so just load up those meals

Like usuall these days, I killed it in the gym. Im really loving hitting everything twice a week and my body is finally used to it and am no longer getting ridiculously sore which is very nice. I took off from the gym for the first time in 15 days hhaha but came back strong with a good upper day.

Finished it all up in about an hour and 15. Tomorrow I should have my knee wraps in time for my heavy leg day and im looking forward to seeing how they help. My knees have been better but not perfect

Also, boom snapped a couple of off season pictures last night, completely cold on an off day and im pretty happy about the progress so far but I have a LONG way to go. Im weighing like 210 here

-Asteroid Stack Update-
Its only been a few days but i honestly think the stacks kicking in already. This always happens to me when I run the asteroid stack, PowerFULL is the first thing I notice. Ive been waking up the past few days from what feels like a coma haha ive been getting the most deep sleeps I've ever experienced and I wake up fully rested, even on ~7 hours of sleep a night. Other than that nothing new to report just yet, its usually around the end of week two for me that I start to feel everything and I get that feeling of not ever wanting to leave the gym.

Nice pictures mang!!! Great legs!!! Need to work on mine so they look like that!!! You do lots of front squats?? i've been blasting my legs just need to figure out what will work that sweep for forced growth!

haha thanks guys. Aaelael i dont really do 'lots' of fronts squats. I usually switch between a month or so of always doing fronts to a month or so of always doing back. I would have to say overall i do back squats more frequently. Something i do do for outter quads is i do 4 sets of leg extentions, 2 with my toes pointing in (teardrop) and 2 with my toes pointed out (outer sweep)
