You work out at 24 hour fitness? They sponsor that biggest loser workout. I haven't tried it yet... I kinda find it hard to swallow that I am in better shape than every trainer at my gym... not really about to pay them for workout advice. Has it worked well for you?
 
Well today I did 1hr of yoga. If you haven't tried it then you are missing out. I sweat more with that than cardio. I plan on doing it more often.

Nope never worked at a 24. I don't even think they have one in maine. I got the dvds. Always looking for something new to beat the hell out of clients. It has been working out great. The sample one I posted is like a beginner workout. The ones I got is much harder. Hell I have a hard time keeping up at times. The yoga I did today is a Biggest loser workout.

Yesterdays update. Hmmmmm I didn't do $hit! Went to the lake and sat by the fire.

Today I just came back from a nice bike ride and now I'm going to find some thing to eat.:food:
 
I can't wait to hit the weights again. Still trying to come up with a new stack.
 
I'm going to do a 30 day lean muscle mass then another 30 day cut.

I got 2 bottles of TestoPro coming.

Grool. You gonna try and kinda recomp then? CKD work'd pretty great for me in that aspect. I was actually trying to cut a little and ended up gaining like 4 lbs and lost over 2" on my waist.

Lean mass is always tough for me with carbs. I get frustrated waaaay too quickly, props to you.
 

Um i think it stand for Cycling Ketogentic Diet?

Protein and Fat for 10-13days then a HUGE carb load for about 24-36hr then back to Just fat and protein for the next 5-6days then another 24hr carb load then repeat.

They say to get 1gr protein/lb of bodyweight but eff that. I go for at least 1.5 maybe even 2.

Here's what my diet looked like Sun-Fri, well about it may have been a little different.

Meal 1:
2 scoops Whey
2TBS EVOO

Meal 2:
6 whole eggs
4 strips bacon

Meal 4:
8oz chicken
2TBS EVOO

Post-Workout
2 scoops Whey
1TBS Natty Peanut butter

Meal 6:
10oz 85/15 ground beef
1/4 cup cheese

Meal 7:
8oz chicken
1TBS EVOO or Flax Oil
 
Oh ok now I know what you are talking about. I thought it was some supplement. That is normaly what I run when I cut. I Think this time I doped carb to low. May have hit ketosis.
 
Damn... IDK how you guys eat so little. I can't function at less than 2K a day for my calories. I just have to up the cardioz, cause i can't think straight if I am that hungry.

Did your breathe start to smell rancid? Mine does when I hit ketosis.

Weird thing is I do really well with "recomping" or "lean mass" on stuff like CKD or TKD but for cutting, doesn't work that well. The diet im doing now is lower in carbs but not a CKD or TKD, and if I want to pack on serious lbs with strength, I need a bit more carbs. Nothing carzy but between 300-400 gets the job done.

The human body is a fickle machine.

I know this isn't a good alternative to anything but try dipping. It has helped out sooooooooo much with this cut. Whenever I start getting super hungry I throw a dip in and it can usually hold me over for another 45min or so.

Dont get the fruity crap though. Stick to natural and straight. There are hidden sugars in the others.

I'm the same way. If I ever stop chewing gum I might be able to tell the breathe. I think I'm going to bring up my carbs a bit.

ugh... I understand the theory behind the appetite suppression, but can't back you up on that one bro. Tobacco is a no-no as far as I am concerned.
