Notes on HGHpro

I forgot to do a two week review on friday so here is the two week review

Week Two review
Sleep Quality: Very deep and restful I wake up feeling well rested nothing replaces this rested feeling
Recovery: So far so good
Improvement in Skin: Possibly,maybe,
Increase in fat loss:The green tea helps if one is on reduced calories in my opinion with a bit of fat burning, nothing potent though in my opinion, diet and exercise dictates results.

I am impressed with the difference HGhpro is helping with sleep. Just a note I am on calorie restriction, not hard dieting, still a fat loss diet though.

Yah the rest is there and a lot of the other benefits will be a result of or long term use benefit. It takes time to notice things like improvement in skin quality etc..
 
Last night took four capsules and slept seven deep restful,relaxing, peaceful, restorative sleep. I woke up feeling Great. I Benefited from HGhpro last night nicely.Thank you Anabolic Innovations for this great product.

The deep uninterrupted sleep is marvelous. I recommend those that are having sleep challenges try out Hghpro and see how it works for you.(remember though after 60 days,two bottles take a break)

Again, I would rather have seven hours of excellent sleep than nine hours interrupted tossing and turning sleep.

of course I like eight hours excellent sleep best and up to ten if required

Last night took four capsules about an hour after the last meal. Feel asleep shorty after. Sleep went great until I woke up and my whole head was drenched. Then it cooled off some. No one messed with the air condition , it happened though.Overall i got some nice sleep last night.

The best temperature is usually a personal preference betweebn 68-73. If it starts going over 75 I get sweaty.

Possible Taboo subject to some so be warned

(Another point I had sex yesterday and after that was so horny , had two masturbation sessions so that wore me out. In addition I trained Quads and Hamstrings. I think sometimes ejaculating three times may be okay, not something you want to do everyday, or hey maybe you are super human and can do it, but myself not something I want to do. 1x per day is usually enough for me.) and I know this is a bit freaky talk, however I put it in because I feel that if you wear yourself out too much your energy may be a bit drained and MAY can cause a decrease in performance.Again, sometimes it may do good like a cheat meal, overall though keep it healthy. and I could be totally wrong on this.

I agree with the above though. I need an ice cold room to sleep, because I sweat like a mofo in bed. Back when I was married I had a comforter than was thin on my side and big on hers...it was awesome :P

3 times per day...pretty sure it would get raw after a week...maybe less. Ow.
 
The last three nights have been amazing for sleep quality. Deep and restful. I do think HGHpro is helping a bit with fat loss, the Mucuna pruriens especially. Hghpro gives a certain feeling I get from no other sleep supplement.

Recovery: Going well
Improvement in Skin: I think skin improvements are more subtle and over a long period of time
Increase in fat loss:The green tea helps if one is on reduced calories in my opinion with a bit of fat burning, nothing potent though in my opinion,The one that I am thinking helps the most for fatloss is Mucuna pruriens(the high L-dopa)

*Note I am still on calorie reduced from maintenance diet in that fat loss phase.

I agree...but anything over 70 and i start to sweat at night. Dont know why but i cant stand to sleep when its hot

I notice that the sleep benefits get better after the first week and continue to improve as I get accustomed to it.

Some get a little groggy for a few days when they start but then adjust and love it.

Night was really good quality sleep I got seven maybe eight hours sleep had to get up early if I wanted to get work done.

Me too on the sleeping in today lol o.O Meant to get up and run but just threw the alarm off the nightstand and rolled over. Felt so nice

Yes this product is great for sleep ,also helping with recovery and fatloss, especially if on a calorie reduced diet.

the main benefit I and many others notice is the great sleep on it.

It is tough to sleep in Iraq. I am in Mosul and I sleep about 4hours straight then two hours before shift.

I recommend getting at least seven hours sleep strait though if possible .Hghpro helps deeper sleep.

Keithan(Votum) is in the military and is running Hghpro and has put up with loud noises while asleep, in the past, his log may help and you two may feel like you have stuff in common since you are both in the military.

other than that sleep would have been perfect. That is not hghpro's fault my room temperature rose. May have to put my overhead fan on.

Ew Mosul sucks o.O

I'm in Baghdad, I'm sure the conditions are a bit better, but I am confident HGHpro will help quite a bit. I was on night shift forever, so had to sleep from noon to 7 or 8, and hghpro was a godsend :) If I was having a hard time falling asleep I would stack it with bendryl and nyquil pills, worked like a charm! Just make sure you have a loud alarm lol

Four capsules forty five minutes after last meal. Went to sleep and slept for ten or twelve hours uninterrupted, without waking up or getting up one time. So nice

I havent used HGHpro in a few months. Things like this make me miss it.

Final Review
Sleep Quality: It has been great. I have been in a fat loss phase this whole log and I think it may have helped with sleep on calorie restriction. Furthermore, Sleep has been amazing on HGHPro and seemed to have gotten better the longer I used it.

Recovery: Better sleep always equals better recovery

Improvement in Skin: I think skin improvements are more subtle and over a long period of time
