P-Mag Vs H-Drol for my goals?

Hey guys i've been debating between P-Mag and H-Drol for my up coming cycle. Will be my first cycle and i'm lookin to gain some size but mainly drop BF %.

After searching through reviews and the sort. Most posts say they are pretty much the same but H-Drol cuts BF a better slightly and P-Mag has better size gains.

Between the two is there a NOTICEABLE amount of difference in the BF dropping area? Or is it really negligible.

Another questions is should i just go for the bulk/size and leave cutting to off cycle at the risk of losing some of the gains?

Once i get the information and supps i need i'll most likely run a log on here to keep everyone updated.

Will be running Nolva+ a Test booster for my PCT.

Background info:
Age: 23
Weight: 83kg (183lb)
BF: 16% (Just a guess, will visit doctor to confirm soon)
Height: 174cm (5ft 8)
 
i'd say hdrol for your goals. my last cycle was hdrol...and my current cycle has pmag in it..i thin the hdrol did a better job in terms of fat loss!

I know whether i want to cut or bulk will ultimately depend on my diet. But i've read that some compounds are better than others for different goals.

Like take XXX if you are bulking or YYY is better for cutting.

As for how they are better for each purpose i wouldn't have a clue lol.

My real goal is to lose some BF% and put on LBM secondary.

Meaning i'd have to eat at a caloric deficit.

Would there be much of a difference in being at a caloric deficit on say P-Mag compared to H-Drol?

OR should I just bulk for the cycle thus indirectly reducing my BF% by increasing LBM?

Don't mind the barrage of questions heh. Just don't want to waste 10weeks doing the wrong thing.

On another note. I've been looking into what training styles people have adopted while on cycle. I'm not sure what what benefit me most while ON.

Currently running a 5x5 full body routine.
Which is more directed at strength. Should i switch to a more bodybuilding oriented routine?
 
You don't want to be in caloric deficit while on the juice. This defeats the purpose. It's not a diet pill even though you'll lean out a bit, you must feed those muscles.

So i've just come from the doctor. According to the device i'm 85.3kg 27.4% BF!
Wow didn't think i was that high. Probably a visual thing because my arms look solid but i've got a bit of a belly and some love handles.

Should i cut BEFORE my bulking cycle? Of just go ahead with the cycle and go on a long cut afterwards?
 
i think you should try to lower your Bf% to atleast 15% before you start any cycle bro. good diet/good training/good otc fat burner will help you much...how did you doctor test your bf% ? calipers?
 
Nah she told me to get on this scale looking thing. Inputted my height and age. And had to hold onto handles connected to cables connected to the scale.

It beeped for a bit and told me my weight and bf%.

A gym i used to go to had one of those also ....they aren't too accurate.
 
Bah guess ill go ahead with the lean bulk. Got my P-Mag on hand and Nolva coming.

What dosage would you recommend a first timer? I've got 2 bottles atm.

Most logs i've seen run 50/75/75/75/75 /(75)<OPTIONAL

I'm still undecided what type of work out routine i want to use while on cycle and frequency. Are there any that benefit the body more while ON?

I agree 100% with what this guy is saying. Granted, those kind of bf% machines aren't that accurate but in my experience theyve always read me low. No offense but 27% at 183 lbs makes me think you look completely unathletic with more of a gut and love handles than you are disclosing.

Can you post some body measurements? a waist/hip measurement would really give me a better idea of where you are at.

Again, if i offended you, I am sorry. Just trying to get a better grasp on where you're at.

I just took form quick photos after waking up. Wow i look so pudgy in photos =\

I'll upload them in a sec. They are off my phone so quality is a bit dodgy. I'll get my brother to help take some better ones and while flexing.

oh and those electrostatic tests are ****e...i wouldn't take any of those reading seriously. but seriously bro...if youre body fat is on the higher side of the scale..then why are doing a lean bulk??...save the pmag for your second cycle and make you first cycle something like furaza/hdrol , hdrol/11-sterone or even hdrol alone for 6wks..get on a three day/week lifting program and squeeze in some cardio on all other days...this along with decent eating habits will give you a tremendous change in your physique. once you get down to 10-12% body fat..then you can think about doing lean bulks etc..just me 2c's

Um i figured metabolism is based on your LBM. So by gaining alot of muscle it'll make cutting away the fat later on much easier? And by lean bulk i meant eating a bit above maint so as to not gain too much excess fat. Is lean bulk the wrong term?

Also the stuff i have access to depends on my sources and what they are able to get. Being from Aus it's not a wide variety heh.

Think a few posts back lucly was saying it'd be pointless to be in a caloric deficit while ON.

It's winter over here anyway so i'm not in a massive rush to get cut up. Though it'd be motivating to see what my abs look like for the first time lol.
