first time sust 250 cycle????

sust 250 alone good for first cycle?

hey guys its my first cycle honestly looking for some advice. Im 23 5'10 200lbs. Im planning on running sust 250 monday and thursday for 10 weeks. i work out 3-5 times a week, and try to eat every 2 hours mostly high protein. wondering if you guys had some suggestions: diet, training, gains, ect...thanks for the input fellas look forward to hearing from you!
 
i always suggest having ur diet and training spot on for ur goal before beginning a cycle, post both up and let ppl critique it.

...that is if u want to make the most out of it...

Diet
meal one 6 egg whits 2 yokes whey protein shake
meal two apple or strawberries
meal three 2 chicken breast
meal four yogurt and fruit protein shake
meal five 2 chicken breast
meal six fruit and protein shake
 
id add in some veggies and/or a sweet potato with the chicken breast meals. i also would not consider the apples/strawberries as a meal....u need protein in there, and i dont mean another shake.

fats and carbs seem to be lacking as well. id shrivel up if i ate what u eat
 
its really not that big of a deal between test e/c and sust. and NO, eod pinning is not required with sust

depends on who you ask.

Im still on the fence.

ALOT, and I mean ALOT of experienced guys state EOD is the way to go with SUST.

I dont know. I think maybe start the cycle EOD for the first 3 weeks then go to a E3.5D regime.

TEST is TEST, right?
 
How much, how many weeks in, anything else?

around 500 mg per week...im 4 weeks in now...im loving it, libido is through the roof and im setting personal best records every day in the gym. I kick started with dbol but ive already stopped using it. didnt think i needed it anymore because the test feels so good

some of that is the dbol.
