Recently purchased a vape... the thing is great. My question to you experts out there:
Is there any other herbs worth vaping? I mean we take so many supplements, could we try vaping some other herbs to extract some of there properties that could help with bodybuilding or overall health?

I have heard through all my smoking dope that although you feel slower and more relaxed that your metabulism actually speeds up. Therefor the extra food in which can be consumed does not have the same effect on the body as if you you were straight. Please take into account that this has only been stoned talk, and most certainly not researched.
I have'nt smoked in over a decade and not heavy since my early teens. I gave it up when I started lifting as it seemed to be leading me down the wrong road (slacking, bad crowd, no ambition, crime, other drugs, ect.). Lifting seems to give me a natural high too. The recent popularity and all the legal medical shops opening up and states making it legal is very interesting. I do kind of miss it sometimes thinking back when I tried it once after several years of lifting it did feel vary weird with the connection to the new muscles as they seemed to all twitch or something. Then several years later I had a girlfriend that had some and we tried it before having sex and it did seem to make it very intense and more pleasurable. I don't know, IMO it did kill brain cells, but maybe only when smoked every day. I have no idea where to get it nowadays being in a little older crowd, but the newer tests on it are making it sound not as bad. Too bad it is against the rules at most jobs still (at least for pre-employment testing). It would be nice if they would legalize it. But it would probably be too expensive for me anyways from how it sounds...
I'm serious about seeing how many aspects of life pot can improve before I start to regret it. How easy is it to build a tolerance where it gets harder to get high. I deffinately whant to avoid that.

But for bulking, herb makes me eat everything in sight.. good for getting calories in, especially when I don't want to eat. Bad for my diabetes tho... whaaaaaateverrrr. I doubt those of us that do smoke are really all that concerned with if were going to have to do an extra couple sets to counteract the effects of getting high. Hell people are shooting insulin when theyre not diabetic, taking roids etc... pot is the least of our worries
Then you're probably smoking too much if you smoke and then can't work out. Just try taking a few hits and going to the gym. I've done just a few hits all the way to getting blown out. Worst thing about being blown out was forgetting why I was at the gym in the first place.....i'd start to wonder around between sets...."why am I here???" "what lift did I just do again??" etc etc
