Timber's One Month Massacre

drse language-

not big=220 and under
big=220+

its okay most of the drse got banned before we really got going on this board.

GICH!

Oh, word... Yeah, I'm never going to be a big... mostly by choice. I've mentioned before, but I think my end game is something like 195-205 at a maintainable 8 to 9% BF... At the end of this I should be 8ish%, but unfortunately like 180...

Thanks man. Hopefully I will post up some pics this year once I cut, maybe before and after with feedback on my dnp cycle.

Yeah, that would be cool man....

I'd do myself some justice with getting some color on my pasty cracka ass... and dehydrating too... Maybe before my Vegas trip in September. :sgrin:

Kleen has a HUGE build for his height... If you or I wanted to look like that, we'd probably have to tip in around 215 / 220... Meaty. :damnit:

I know. I met the guy this past Thanksgiving when i was in TX. Kleen is a big dude. We are about the same weight, except he is 6% lower in BF than me and 4 inches shorter.

"Maintenance Biceps"

Funny, my partner calls this sh*t maintenance biceps that we've been doing for the past 2 or 3 months, and its always heavy as sh*t and my arms keep growing.

25 min @ 10% / 3.8MPH

Should be receiving my order from LG tomorrow.... I hope. Could use a little preWO draank - and I'm hearing all this good crap about ASGT. Its going to be a disappointment if I don't sprout a 3rd penis or something.

5.25 Diet Modifications

My calories today we're right around 2000... which seems low. Previous maintenance was about 3200 with the cardio level I was doing (20 min / day + resistance training).. Seeing as I've upped cardio 5 minutes a day, and cut calories by 1000, I have a small concern that 2000 may be a little low - but we're going to go with it here for awhile to see how it flies.

Not sure if me posting the final diet is helpful to anyone, but I'd be happy to if requested. Breakdown is 260P | 190C | 23F... If anything, I may be upping the carbs by 25g in the next couple days.

1200 calories is a huge jump. Expect some lethargy to set in if you continue this low. I can't do 2000 at the moment, I would have to work my way down. I think my minimum is around 2500 on days where I don't have proper access to good food, or the ability to eat when I want/need to, and I usually gorge the next day because of it.

STRONG #s man!

I hear ya man... I have the concerns. But it's been 4 days and I felt strong and energetic today - at the gym anyway. One thing is for sure - I'm too stubborn to gorge. I will, however, double up the pre WO oatmeal if needed, or add some carbs back into my dinner.

Timber, you may have mentioned this, but: do you vary calories on a daily basis, or average out calories on a weekly basis as per weekly caloric output?

Damn, I continue to be perplexed by how much food other people can eat...

I have a hard time getting in the 2800-3000 I am eating on dnp. I actually prefered eating more like 1600-1700 on the ultimate diet 2.0

Mullet, I eat the same thing pretty much every day... Weekends I mix it up a little - though still clean.

For right now, I'm counting daily, but most of the work is already done since I'm just tweaking minor things from day to day (I.e. Midday snack in this instance). I definitely count the weekends - usually to make sure I get enough food in - as the days aren't nearly as structured.

I am quite active compared to most. My dayjob's schedule is pretty much at my own whim, so I have the ability to participate in a lot of cardio intense sports, surfing, paddleboarding, biking, etc.

I get pretty hungry. I obviously could drop from where I am at, and I plan to do so, albeit slowly, as I am fairly lean and pretty comfortable where I am at and what I am eating, so I'm in no real rush to drop muscle if I can help it... thus the drop will be slow and steady. That way I can maintain at a lower calorie diet easier if I so choose to.

Regional contest. The pic in my profile is about two weeks old or so at 208. Probably down to around 204 @ 6% now, and just cruising for the next week.

You're looking buff Mean Mr. Mullet!! The hard work and attention to detail are paying off. Good luck on that show.

By the way, when is said show?

Nice lift brosenhauf!!:notworthy:

And you will NOT be disappointed with the Anadraulic State GTSE. I guarn-damn-tee it!!!

Once you experience the incredible energy this shizz delivers, you'll be re-reading that ingredient profile wondering what exactly causes it. There's not much in the way of true stims in this product. It must be the amazing synergy all the combined ingredients have when in conjunction with one another.

If you end up desiring to change pace throughout the "C-word," let me know! Throughout my contest preparation I used a form of nutrient timing in conjunction with fasted training - which is not necessary, just contingent - that was quite successful.

It is more or less based on the timing of glycogen synthesis, and involves an upward swing to a "peak calorie" day in the middle of the week (on leg day) with a subsequent downward swing to a "low calorie" day at the very end of the week.

I found this approach both a) maximized the recomposition while b) never causing me to feel "flat."

Thanks, TG! As I said before, I am somewhere around 208 in that picture, which was a few weeks ago. Probably around 202 and substantially leaner now. Contest is on June. 1.

The TL back from the DL...good to see a friendly face around again. Looking great and the weights have jumped up nicely. Let's see what 8% looks like!

Are you getting the Anadraulic Pump also? The combo has crazy synergy.

Don't get it twisted... was never on the DL. Been working my proverbial butt off..

I just ordered ASGT and Form... Unless there is some sort of magic sample up in that bish - No anadraulic pumping for me.

Would love to hear what you've got for me...

My rough days are the back and leg days (Tuesday and Thursday respectively)... I was thinking that those days I would have 1/2 cup (dry measure) of steel oats with a scoop of protein instead of a 1/4 cup on M, W, F, but I'm sure whatever you have put together is far more sophisticated than an extra 100 calories on the "oh f*ck, I'm going to barf" days.

No twist...only meant from the forum. I guaranty you have been grinding it out what with the things going on in your industry. As far as magic..no, but the geranamine in AP brings an added agression to the ASGT that you might favor. Maybe Met or IC can provide such sample.

Mullet, I as well would be interested to here about this nutrient protocol you have used. I am just now becoming familiar with nutrient partitioners and this could prove beneficial.

I was referring to there being a magic sample in my box.

I'm sure its the bomb.

Gotta be careful how many things I try at once though initially, as I want to be able to distinguish different supplements... When I stack, it's overload and I can't separate effect A from B, particularly when dosing together.

If you got a couple day's worth of ASGT and AP each, I would try each by themselves for a day, then the third day I'd try them together.

The synergy is noticeable and intended.

I'm the same way TL. I can't figure out how some people can tell what is doing what with some of their stacks. I like to run most of my supps solo.

G, I did that when I beta tested ASGT and AP and the combo was a totally different animal.

Cool. I'll definitely do that.

Started my ECA today... forgot how much I loved the HCl... little cracked out - in a good way.

ECA was almost impossible to edit (photographs... my job) on. I had energy but couldn't sit still to save my life.

I prefer norephedrine for that reason. Less noticeable stimulation and zero jitters but clear energy and hear with stronger appetite suppression.

Ooooh man, this is going to be fun... :firedevil:

Yeah, I'm f*cking hungry, but my workouts are spot on - and zero reduction in strength... I'm walking down the stairs at 6:40 today for my 7:10 workout, and *ding dong* UPS b*tches. LG in da houuuse.

:djparty:

So despite needing an hour before workout on the ASGT, I went ahead and slammed a heaping scoop of that stuff. :fing02: Initial taste was neither here nor there - I could care less what my PreWO drank tastes like... Tell you what though, the pumps in my shoulders and chest were bonkers, especially after the pec deck. My shoulder striations popped and didn't go away... Great definition on the inner pecs... Me likey.

Best part so far was how focused I felt on the cardio - wasn't expecting that. I was chatting with one of the trainers around the 11 minute mark, and the next thing I knew I was at minute 26, and I had to talk myself into stopping... "sh*thead... you're not eating enough to do 30 minutes of cardio at night" This wasn't the ECA (only dosed this morning, likely will continue only in morning - sh*t had me twisted today)...

Tomorrow I'll start with the Form. One cap in the AM, one cap PreWO. Obviously, no more creatine in my breakfast shake, as we have that covered with the ASGT PreWO.

:feedback:LG: Whats the proper protocol for ASGT dosing? I see the 1 hour... but can I eat my oatmeal / protein after that? If not, I'm going to need to do some reorganization of the diet.

And no samples of Anadraulic Pump. Will have to wait for another day.

IMO, Formadrol is best taken all at night. I have seen the best results this way as have many others.

ASGT is best taken, imo, 30 mins pre w/o at 1-3 scoops, depending on stim tolerance. Eating a light meal 45 mins to hr pre dosing is okay.

11ty :chairfall:

...go check my log asshat and tell me what my bf is. :damnit:

BF is so tough in pictures. I just gave my view around 14-15%, mainly due to lower back. Your hips / shoulders / pecs / stomach look pretty clean.

I'm getting calipers done tomorrow again. I'm 4 days or so deep, but might as well track for the remaining 3 or so weeks.

yeah lower back surely puts me over my previous 13% estimate. Appreciate the input man.

The ASGT favors an empty stomach...effects get blunted with food. Now can you imagine the synergy with the AP?? Pump aside..the focus/intensity amps up big time.

That would unfortunately leave me without food from 3:00 or 3:30 until 9:00 or 9:30. My meal between 5:30 and 6:30 is mandatory for a 7:00 workout.

Just going to have to get it in right at 6:00 and wait 30 minutes for the ASGT. Meal is only 250 calories - shouldn't make an absurd difference.
