Do not believe in fasted cardio? It is real I promise!!!! I do it. It exists now Santa Claus I am not so sure about. I did see a Bunny with and egg tho....
Just picking, I love "fasted" cardio with BCAA's or if steady state just about 5 grams of glutamine. NO Insulin spike there like with BCAA's so you still run on the fat but the Glutamine is just there to keep the body from trying to pull glutamine out of the muscle via catabolism. However it isn't truly fasted cardio if you supplement the body with alternative fuels.Either way you are going to rock the house. It all works...

Post workout cardio might as well be fasted. The glycogen should be depleted from the weights so the fuel source will draw from other souces. I would not do a HIT style but a nice steady state pace.
