Just got it today! starting it sunday.

Im thinking about doing a 5 week Cycle and 5 Weeks PCT.

Theres 120ML of each bottle. the stack ill be using is...

Week 1: 1.5MLx2 of 1-Andro - Morning and Afternoon / 1.5MLx2 4AD - Morning and Afternoon
Week 2: 2MLx2 1-Andro - Morn And Afternoon / 1.5MLx2 4AD - Morn and Afternoon
Week 3: 2MLx2 1-Andro - Morn And Afternoon / 1.5MLx2 4AD - Morn and Afternoon
Week 4: 1.5MLx2 of 1-Andro - Morning and Afternoon / 2MLx2 4AD Morn and Afternoon
Week 5: 1.5MLx2 of 1-Andro - Morning and Afternoon / 2MLx2 4AD Morn and Afternoon

And Post Cycle AromX

Week 6: 2MLx2 Morn And Afternoon
Week 7: 2MLx2 Morn And Afternoon
Week 8: 1.5MLx2 Morn And Afternoon
Week 9: 1.5MLx2 Morn And Afternoon
Week 10: 1.5MLx2 Morn And Afternoon

I'll try and keep the liquid under my tounge for minimal 2 minutes each to maximize absorption.

My Diet:

7AM- 1AD+4AD
730: 8 Egg whites + Protein Shake
930: 4oz chcken + 4oz brown rice
11:30: 4oz chcken + 4oz brown rice
1:30: 4oz chcken + 4oz brown rice
300: 1AD+4D
3:30: 4oz chcken + 4oz brown rice
5: Pre-Workout N.O Explode
530: GYM+ During workout [VPX SynthaSIZE]
730: 4oz chcken + 4oz brown rice + Protein shake
930: 4oz chcken + 4oz brown rice/ Sleep.

S- Shoulders+Cardio(30mins)
M-Chest+tri
T- Bi+back+ Cardio(30mins)
W-Legs+Shoulders
T- Chest+Tri+ Cardio (30mins)
F- Bi+Back
S- Rest

Btw the package came nicely with 3 blue tops to go over the bottles for easy suction when using the syringe! Liking it so far!
 
I would adjust the cycle slightly to this:

Week 1: 1.5MLx2 of 1-Andro - Morning and Afternoon
Week 2: 1.5MLx2 1-Andro - Morn And Afternoon / 1.5MLx2 4AD - Morn and Afternoon
Week 3: 1.5MLx2 1-Andro - Morn And Afternoon / 1.5MLx2 4AD - Morn and Afternoon
Week 4: 2 MLx2 of 1-Andro - Morning and Afternoon / 2MLx2 4AD Morn and Afternoon
Week 5: 2 MLx2 of 1-Andro - Morning and Afternoon / 2MLx2 4AD Morn and Afternoon
Week 6: 1.5 MLx2 4AD - Morning and Afternoon

The reason being you want to have that last week off 1-Andro and have the 4-AD bump up your libidio before entering PCT. It will just be nice to have a better 'anabolic' feelign in that last week. 1-Andro is a very strong compound and it can really shut you down so by week 5 you may be getting some lethargy, libido loss, etc. The 4-AD should bring you out of that if it hasnt keep the issues at bay throughout the cycle already.

Plus you get to stay on cycle a 6th week. :)

I also adjusted the doses so that the 2ml weeks of 1-Andro are week 4 & 5.
 
By the way what is your goal with this cycle? Lean mass? Cutting? Current stats? I would put some carbs in that first meal. Then decrease the carbs in the following 3 meals but up the fat. Also maybe add a red meat into at least one meal (preferably with the fat meals).

Im trying to build lean mass, right now im at 181 Lbs i want to get to about 190Ish While dropping body Fat.

Strength i dont really care about my maxes right now on bench are 375x1, Squat -465x1, Deadlift- 505x1

Bodyfat % - im thinking in the 13% zone.
 
and question i just reads omewhere that taking more then 1ML at a time isnt recommended since you can only absorb so much? is this true?

1-2ml per dose is fine. Its better to space the doses out for the simple fact you keep even serum levels throughout the day.
 
Im thinking about doing 4ML a day of of both.

1/2MLx4 in the morning of 1Andro back to back because i feel as if im not absorbing enough with to much liquid. and doing the same with 4AD.

Or should i just do 1ML x 4 spaced out Every 3 hours?

Ive used 2ml's at one time before due to i cant ever remember to take it 4xper day at 4ml's . I had great results.
 
Im dosing it 4 times at .5x2 each time so there is less liquid im seeing how it works. Its been 4 days since ive been on it.

So i ended up dosing it like that posted above so i have a equal anabolic rate, and i do 1ML of both before and after the gym by the way i plan it, works amazing i get this pump half a hour in like im a alpha male! But i revised my dosage to look like this what do you think?

week 1: 24ML
week 2: 28ML
week 3: 28ML
week 4: 35ML

Arom X

week 5: 35ML/ 5ML a Day
week 6: 35ML/ 5ML a Day
week 7: 28ML/ 4 a Day
week 8: 21ML/ 3 a Day

Runnning it for 2 Months!

haha alright i guess that could be good......or really disappointing if you didn't gain as much as you thought...you look like you gained some mass...best of luck man keep us updated
