Green mag while cutting?

I know water is pulled into my muscle because of the creatine, but will this make me hold water round my stomach etc, i dont want it messing with my weight loss, eg going up and down or anything ive been on green mag for 4 weeks on a bulk, now im cutting. Thanks.

Creatine is fine no matter cutting or bulking.

Dont know the exact macros for green mag, but Im pretty sure there arent a whole lot of simple sugars in there, so you should be fine.

The "bloat" from creatine, theoretically speaking comes from excess creatine not being driven in the muscle. This means that creatine will sit outisde of the muscular cell and pull water, giving you that bloated look. Creatine Monohydrate is "famous" for this, which is why supplement companies designed the more advanced forms of creatine.

Since we're speaking theoretically, the types of creatine in Green MAG will NOT bloat you. The creatine will be forced into the muscular cell by the "delivery" system. Most new forms of creatine have these (di-creatine malate, MCC, etc.) All of the "water weight" youll gain (which might be a few lbs at most) will be in the belly of your muscles.

Water weight with creatine is a moot point. The real purpose of creatine is to increase ATP, which will result in more weight lifted > bigger muscles.

Personally I did not see any type of bloat with Green MAG. Creatine is fine to use while cutting.

Hope this helps!

Thanks for the advice, i guess ill stick with it as it will also help me maintain/add more strength. I didnt think green mag was like mono so all good now, thanks again :)

Dear CL Rep:

It is my understanding that Green Bulge and Green Mag are the same product, except one is encapsulated and one is powdered. Do they both work equally as well, or does one form out perform another? If they perform identically, I would much prefer to just take a pill vs. mix up a shake. Please advise.

they are different formulas with only the same creatine overlapping. both are great, green bulge has more extras and comes in capsules but also costs more per serving.

they both have dcm and mcc (bulge used to have cee and mcc, but was reformulated over a year ago)
