Summer Cycle! Clen/T3/SD (log)

Wuddddup?? Im actually running something very similar to this. Im taking 50mgs of H-drol a week for the 1st 3 weeks and then up to 75mgs for the next 3 weeks....T3 im dosing at 25mcgs a day..im not playing with my thyroid..just wanted a lil boost and as we speak im at 100mcg of clen...

Results...DDDDDDDDDD-LICIOUSSSSSSSSS

2 Weeks in (only 6 days on clen and t3) and ive dropped 4 lbs of fat and increased muscle by a 1lb...

5 8 191 lbs at 8.2% body fat now

Had a bad time with Mdrol so i stayed with something milder. Have fun buddy...Im tweaking at 100mcgs...

well i'm sure that i'll see some good results then! glad to have you along!
 
actually most add clen alongside of T3 because the clen has ANTI-catabolic properties...plus alongside superdrol i dont see muscle wasting being an issue. T3 at 50mcg would be what i would run throughout a cycle.....75mcg+ is where it seems to start eating some muscle, even on heavy AAS

I thought the anti-catabolic properties of clen were debatable? Are you referring to the fact that clen might act on the androgen receptor or is this something else? Anecdotally I've only heard that clen is catabolic.
 
Aight guys i'm really starting to get the itch now....have even thought about starting a few days early. Might start tomorrow or Friday haven't decided yet....all I know is I can't wait any longer.

So I weighed in this morning at 216.8

30 mins elliptical - was tough my legs were still hurtin from monday

Here's how tonights workout went....

Deads - 135x5, 185x5, 225x5, 275x5, 315x5, 405x2, 365x3, 315x5
(I reset after every rep)

Close-grip underhand BB rows - 185x7, 225x5, 245x5, 255x5

Wide-Grip Lat Pulldowns - L12x5, L14x5, L16x5, x5

Hammer Curls - 35x5, 45x5, 50x5, 60x5

Reverse BB Curls - 70x5, 80x5, 90x5

Negative Cambered Curls - 90x5, 100x5, 100x5 (nice and slow)

15 mins stairstepper

15 min ab class
 
Day 2

Forgot to weigh in this morning....I was totally out of it. I slept really hard and was a really tough morning. Yesterday's lift really took it out of me. Woke up and dose 10mg M-drol, some ALCAR, and a serving of Core ABC up to do my 30 min cardio. Also decided to dose DHEA on these days to help combat any lethargy on these days.

Got home from work and dosed 10mg SuperDrone preWO. Had chest tonight..

Flat BB Bench - 135x5, 185x5, 225x5, 275x7, 315x5, tried for 335 and missed
Incline DB Bench - 85x5, 90x5, 100x3, 95x5
Fly Machine - 135x5, 150x5, 185x5, x5
(was going to do some decline stuff, but everything was being used. I was going to come back to it and forgot as I was short on time)

Seated Calf Raises - 4 plates x5 for 4 sets
Standing Calf Raises - 250x5, 275x5, 315x5, 315x5

Stairstepper for 15 min

Done. Tomorrow is an off day and I think i'm just going to take the entire day off. No cardio. I really need a full day of rest.
 
Day 3

215.8 (down 1lb from day 1)

60 mcg clen, 50 mcg T3, Eviscerate after getting out of the shower

Going to deviate from the diet today....my aunt is in DC and is taking me out to lunch. I will however pop 1 anabolic pump and 1 glycobol before this meal. I also have a date tonight and will dose the same before this meal as well.

I had some compliments the past week from people telling me I looked like I was losing weight. Good $hit. Means my current diet is working for me and now that i'm going I should see even better results.

Just a short update...been battling a cold for the last week or so. Seems to be on it's last leg just got this nagging cough i can't get rid of.

Still Preloading CEL cycle assist. I also made the decision to run lipo6x until the cycle starts. I want to clear up as much bf as I can by the time I start. I have the 240ct bottle so I'll definitely have plenty left over. Just going to run 2 caps a day until May 1st. One AM pre-cardio with ALCAR and one cap towards the end of my PM workout but before cardio.

Just to address the reason as to why I have a fat burner in my PCT. Reasoning being that when I stop T3 and Clen I suspect there to be some, however minor, rebound. I expect lipo 6x to help combat this. Also, this is a cutting cycle and PCT should be treated as such. Just as you increase your cals through a bulking cycle you should do the same for a cutting cycle.

Yep I snapped a few pics yesterday. I'll post them up at the end of the 6 weeks and then take another set of pics and post those at the end of PCT.

Craziest thing about this eviscerate. I applied it this morning at 730am and stood in front of a fan to let it dry. Didn't really burn at all then. But a few hours later when I was out to lunch with my aunt....the **** just kicked in. We were having lunch outside and in the sun...wasn't till the sun started to warm me up that the burning sensation kicked in. And as soon as I felt it on my love handles I knew I was going to feel it spread to the rest. It's all good though I like the feeling eviscerate gives me....lets me know the product is actually working. :bigok:

Forgot to weigh in this morning...no biggie...i'm not concerned about weigh-ins over the weekend. It's when I typically deviate from my diet.

Dosed 10mg M-drol @ 11:30am, Dosed 10mg SuperDrone @ 8:00pm (don't worry i'm bouncing tonight so i'll be up late).

Today's lift.....was gonna do tri's and hams but felt like doing shoulders and traps instead.

DB Laterals - 35x5, 40x5, 45x5, 50x5
BB Shrugs - 225x8, 315x5, 405x5, 365x5, 315x5
45lb plate raises - 4 sets of 10 each
Facepulls - L12x10, L14x10, L15x10, x10
Reverse Flys - 150x5, 165x5, 180x5, 195x5
DB Shrugs - 100x5, 110x5, 120x5, 120x5

If you mix it with eviscerate the transdermal carrier will also carry the clen. Apparently this greatly enhances spot reduction. Search for clenviscerate...there is a huge thread on this.

Lol. Spot reduction with clen? Clen is a beta agonist, it doesnt act locally. I'm skeptical about this topical application.

80mcg clen today, 50mcg T3, eviscerate applied twice as per directions. I think i'm starting to adapt to the clen....shakes aren't nearly as noticeable.

Today's lift was so-so....just was an off day for the most part.

Rope pulldowns - L12x5, x5, L13x5, x5
CGBP- 185x5, x5, 225x5, x5, 250x3
Skullcrushers w/cambered bar - 90x5, x5, x4, x4
**not sure how much the cambered bar weighs....so i just listed the weight on the bar. Also did a nice long negative at the end of each set.

Seated Leg Curl - 130x5, 150x5, 170x5, 190x5
Lying Leg Curl - 140x5, 150x5, 160x5, 170x5
Ham/Glute Raise - 150x5 for four sets

25 min stairstepper
**Just an estimation.....my stairstepper developed a mind of its own towards the end of my cardio and turned on to the maximum setting. I had to run to try to keep up and couldn't...so i basically had the brains to put my feet on the sides like you would on a treadmill. Could have been a lot worse.

Well i'm up a couple of lbs from the weekend mainly from just eating free. This morning i weighed in at 218.8 after I got out of the shower and dried myself off. Don't know how true of a reading this is but whatever. I used a lot of anabolic pump and glycobol before all of my dirty meals this weekend so that probably helped keep my gain to a minimum.
 
bad news guys.......I quite possibly could have a hernia. Going to get it checked out this week. If so this cycle will be side-lined for a few weeks. If I do indeed have to have surgery for the hernia...i'm looking to be out for 3-4 weeks. At which point, i'll start the cycle right back up.

thanks guys...it's really weird. It only bothers me after sitting down for extended periods. I can lift, do cardio, cough, stretch, and nothing else bothers it. It doesn't hurt that bad...and it might not even be a hernia. But either way i am gonna get it checked out. The weights and PHs aren't going anywhere

Thanks man me too. From what I understand hernia surgery is outpatient and takes about 30 mins to have done. I'm preparing myself for surgery...it's like taking an exam thinking you got an F....but when you get it back you really got an A.

Me too man. Thank god for health insurance! But yeah if I have to end the cycle i'm not going to PCT at all. Just going to take time to rest.

Thanks man, i'm ready to get to the bottom of this. This thread ain't going anywhere...so i'll start it right back where I left off if I do have to end the cycle.

On a side note...i called my mom and told her about it tonight. She told me that before I was a year old I had a hernia surgery. But, she can't remember on which side...as it was 25 years ago. So, either way it probably is the old surgery that needs to be rehashed or it's the other side that finally gave in and needs to be stitched up.

It's either a hernia...or shutdown but I hardly expect that as I think this started mon/tue/wed of last week...which was well before i even started taking SD.
 
Its probly a hernia. Do you use a belt when you lift? Regardless a hernia is a risk we all take and usually its just a matter of time. The surgery really is very non-invasive. Good luck bro. Dont worry.

Good news. The doctor checked me for a hernia and said I definitely don't have one in my groin area.

He did however feel the area I was having problems with and said that he thinks it's an abdominal strain/pull, especially since it bothers me the most when i'm sitting down (your abs are slightly crunched). He recommended that I heat it as much as I can for a week and use aleve (2 am 2 pm) or ibuprofen (3 am 3 pm). Also recommended staying away from direct core exercises which I will do....no more abs class until i feel it healing up. He said from what he felt it's possible that it could be a hernia, but unlikely.

He gave me the number of a specialist to call, and i may or may not call them. He said it take me 3-4 weeks to get an appointment anyways and by then the symptoms may clear up.

The Eviscerate is going to help you with the heat bro. My father has nerve damage in his pelvic area. He tried some Eviscerate and he said he hasn't felt that good in months.

hmm i haven't thought about applying it that low....i might try that. I also have some tiger balm and theraflex that I was planning on using.
 
Let me know how it goes. I threw some on my elbows this morning and it actually feels really good lol

Have to say it was a good idea and a bad idea....

bad idea: my nuts were on fire the entire workout

good idea: keep the area warm and warmed me up for putting tiger balm in the exact same spot after my workout. no my nuts being on fire doesn't seem nearly as bad.
