Tummy shrinkers

I have increased my diet to bulk up, ive always had a small pot, but now i have enough shape in my upper body that my tummy sticks out like a... bloated mass..

Im aware ill be "pregnant" with all the loading im doing but is it possible for me to get rid of tummy flab and still bulk? Im eating well and taking pains to avoid any sugars/fats. Any thoughts suggestions welcome!!
 
add some HIIT into your training schedule plus make sure you are working your abs

Okdoky, i did do a lot of cardio at one point and i found my body weight/size fell off pretty quick, so i will be focusing on just abwork.. also im ashamed to admit im not sure what HIIT is :confused:

Yup, look it up. Do it 3 times a week at 20 minutes a clip and see if that helps....I stopped all cardio and lost some fat but I will be starting back up soon. Maybe just do it om ur off days. I go a minute all out intensity, then a minute mild intensity for 20....up to u what u do.
