Anabolic pump hardcore dosing

The real question is why do you need to dose that high? And why you would refer to it as hardcore is pretty funny. If you take 3 per day you are going to have the cellular activation desired for pretty much 24 hours and have increased protein synthesis as well. One of the more learned USP guys can further explain the science but I have rarely seen a case or even read about someone needing more than 3 in a day.

Yeah you don't really need to go that high. The half life of one cap of AP is about six hours, so three caps spaced evenly through the day is going to have you reaping the benefits of it all the time. If you're having a cheat meal then yeah you could throw in an extra cap for that, or if you're doing fasted training you could throw in one more before that, but there's really no need to go beyond 4+ a day.

With meals over 90grams of carbohydrates I use two capsules.

Exactly. I have never went over 2 caps with any meal I've ever eaten - just a waste beyond that point imo.

If I use 2 two capsules with over 90 grams of carbs, is it best to dose it before my pre-workout meal, or before my post-workout meal

Are you having 90 grams of complex carbs before or after? I assume that would be before since that is A LOT of complex carbs for a post wo meal. AP does not work as effectively as P-Slin does for simple carbs so if you have some P-Slin, that would be a great one if you are doing a mix of carb types. That is, if you can get your hands on some P-Slin anymore!

My pre and post workout meals both have 80 grams of carbs so I take 1 AP and 1 pslin with each. I take 2 other AP's a day, 1 with breakfast and 1 with dinner. So I take a total of 2 pslin and 4 ap.
Works amazing for me and I wouldn't change a thing. Only time I take more is on cheat meals, I may do 2-3 AP per that meal, but that is all.

As far as I know it is not currently in production. Try two capsules of Anabolic Pump for your heavier-carb meals.

I too had this issue, just eat more carbs. I have to have at least 50 grams of carbs with AP, and at least 100+ with two pills. Ironically I take 1 on my last set of my workout then follow it up with 2 scoops of LG Postal and have no issues (that is only like 30 grams of carbs). It took me a while to figure out the best way to use AP to my advantage but now that I know what works, it has found its way back into my daily supp regimen.

Yeah do two AP if you're going 100+ grams. I'm not familiar with YellowGold so I can't help you there.

i guess i'll give credit to you for trying to thoroughly research your question, since you have already asked this on the USP site and have already been told there is no 'hardcore' dosing for AP.

sounds like you're a MuscleTech fan..
AP is a tool to use with your diet..whatever goals you have, you'll use AP differently depending on if the dietary intake is geared to cutting or more geared to solid weight/muscle gain.
you have yet to understand this product.
on a sidenote: are you dosing your Prime yet at 33 daily like you were talking about?

Please tell me your kidding with this? Crap, I just started mine today with the 69 protocol and that to me is pretty hefty a dose with the 800 mg caps. I couldn't imagine doing more than 12-15 a day! :bigeyes:

I am happy I found sound advice from you and many others at USP when I started taking the various supps in the product line, I saved money and ended up getting better results because of it. Thank you for the offer but i wont accept. You guys producing a product like this so I dont have to cap the damn stuff myself, is the best gift you can give.
The results and chances I had made in my diet have allowed me to be much more satisfied with my physique, and diet. I can know eat more white carbs, which I love, and less brown carbs which I hate, thanks to AP. I contribute AP and Pslin a lot to my success of where i am in my bodybuilding career right now on my journal to turn pro in the next 8 years.
