Can someone show me what to expect @ different dosages on 11-Sterone? Dosage @ 450 vs @600?


At what dosage should you use a SERM, 700mg +?

Higher doses will bring on a more anabolic effect. At some point using more adrenosterone doesn't equal more fat loss.

I'm not sure a SERM is even necessary. Lots and lots of people are just fine going with an OTC approach.

What's the lowest dose that will have the max effect of fat loss?

That can vary from person to person however 6 caps a day was effective for myself. 11sterone is not a ph that will give you much as far as strength gains are concerned but it is effective for fat loss/lowering cortisol. Otc pct is fine for 11 sterone

The 86mg dosage per caps instead of 75 mg, Is that for all 11-sterone?
 
So ED dose would be, 516mg. How long should the cycle be?

Since it's such a mild compound, Can one use this directly after PCT to cut?

Depends, what results are you looking for?

Bulk, no...Slight cortisol control, yes.
I would honestly get more and run it at a higher dose for a longer duration.
 
Trying to pick between dosing at 430mg(5 caps) or at 516mg(6 caps)

At 6 caps, It would be 5 week cycle. At 5 I can make it a 6 week cycle

I would probably stretch the cycle out...This product works better over time.


Or buy more and run a higher dose for a longer time :)
