I am cutting for a little while longer because I got lazy for a while and would only hit the weights twice a wk. Problem is I am not losing much weight at all, Ive lost 5lbs but my arms have gotten bigger. My waist is now a 32.5 from 34.
I am very confident with some KreAlk creatine and ate carbs all day instead of only post WO, 1st in am would gain lots of mass. Add tes, hgh you would have something amazing. tho it would be costly.
