i just readjusted my calorie intake and was wondering do i add the whey protein calories to the amount i need to take in or would the calories from the whey protein be a part of the total.

also should or could i add whey to the total more during the day then just morning and post workout?

Yes, your whey protein calories make up part of your total caloric intake.

You can use your whey any time during the day that you want, and as many times as you want. I usually have a protein shake (or BCAAs) after 3-4 of my meals.
