Ok UPDATE
That Tuesday meet didn't go too well, they threw me into shot-put out of no where and since I spent all the previous day throwing (6 hours total) I threw 33ft area where the day before I was getting 40ft area. Also since I got rushed for that I didn't have time to get my steps for polevault which made me fail at that. Then for the 100 I was warming up, and half way through they announced FINAL call for it so I had to sprint over there, and when I did it for the first 30-40m I was around 3rd place then stomach cramped and I got last. EPIC fail on my part...
Tomorrow should be better though, I know all my events ahead of time and will be taking in more water!
Also, I hit the PR of my life yesterday!!!
I was doing a leg workout with my girlfriends uncle, and before this I've never squatted over 315 let alone do 315 for a long time.....Well yesterday I ended up getting 370!!! And I am still in shock about that....I guess thats what happens when I have someone who can keep up with me AND push me!
