Final Review:
Overall the Natadrol was very enjoyable. It seems the supplement can be used for either cutting (prep) or increasing lean body mass. If you keep your current diet, granite your current diet is o.k., you may get the best of both worlds. But, if you are leaning towards one or the other, tweaking the diet while using the Natadrol will be the best option. I managed to become a bit more lean and stronger without much diet change, but imagine if I did make changes.
The decrease in water retention was definitely a plus and assisted with the dry vascular look. Because of this I recommend plenty of water because you will get thirsty.
Libido did not change for me, but I have read others received great libido improvements.
The supplement definitely helped with your mental focus, but does not make you aggressive. I have been aggressive from natty boosters and this did nothing for aggression. Focus on the workout was a plus.
Strength increases are great after 4 to 5 weeks in. I would recommend 8 weeks to anyone trying Natadrol. I did 6 weeks and it was not enough when the strength gains start coming that late in the game. Towards the end of the cycle I started to make some great increases in weight!
Breakdown (for me):
-Great for LBM. Tweak your diet for cutting or bulking to get the best.
-Great for strength
-Great for focus
Side Effects (for me):
-Minor acne. A few here and there.
-Thirst and hunger, which are not really side effects.
MY NUMBER ONE RECOMMENDATION WHEN USING NATADROL. RUN IT FOR 8 WEEKS, NOT 6 WEEKS. IF YOU HAVE THE MONEY DISH IT OUT AND WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED. THE BEST OF IT COMES IN THE FOURTH OR FIFTH WEEK. HAVING A FEW WEEKS WHEN THE SUPPLEMENT IS WORKING AT ITS BEST WILL GIVE YOU SOME AWESOME GAINS.
I would use Natadrol in the future. =)
