Natadrol Log/Cycle

Yea I agree also since I started recomping during my cycle I've noticed weight falling off very fast, I believe the natadrol would be better used to recomp and maintain ur muscle/strength, over a muscle gainer from my experience so far.
 
Off Day.

This 10-8-6-15 routine has me feeling sore. Have not had sore legs in some time and it feels good. I had to buy some glutamine a few days ago and add it back into the supplement regime. Some people say its hyped up, but it works for me.
 
Just checked my afternoon weight and weighed in at 181. I swear there are fat burning components in the Natadrol. I have not gotten any weaker and look a bit leaner. About a week and a half ago I weighed in at 186 two days in a row upon waking up and going pee. I am almost positive there is fat burning going on or water reduction. I don't care, as long as my strength remains the same. A lot of people say this could be used as a pre-comp, now I am understanding why.

I agree. I have noticed a good amount of fat loss while maintaining my strength. I think I have actually gotten stronger in some areas on a cut phase.

It's a great re-comp product. When used with something like Slin or Glycobol it's super effective.

Maybe next time around I will stack it with one of those product. I am happy that it had this type of effect on me, since I am preparing to cut in a few weeks. It just gave me a head start. :drive:

3/29 Legs

I have been a bit lazy the last few days keeping up on the log. Anyway I am back with today's workout.

Highlights:

I increased the back squat weight on all sets. I also broke into 285 with 6 reps and no belt. Finally my core is getting strong enough to handle the weight with out the belt. I posted 3/23 barbell squats under todays.

I have never performed trap bar deadlifts, but this was new and felt great.

I am still kicking but on the leg curls and leg extensions.

Overall the best part of my workout was the barbell squats.

No new side effects. Still looking lean and hard in certain muscles. Coming up to the end of the cycle on Saturday =(.
 
Appreciate it. I am hoping to break back into the 300's beltless. I only have little time left with Natadrol, but I might be able to make it happen with the Formadrol.

Just picked up the Formadrol! I am actually more excited about the Formadrol, than I was with the Natadrol. I will start dosing this Sunday, which is also my last day of Natadrol.

Also picked up some more fish oil and Dymatize BCAA 2200 capsules.

I am getting excited for my Vegas trip in May! I am ready for the pool parties.

3/31 Shoulders & Biceps

Overall this was a very nice workout. I felt an awesome pump in the shoulders and biceps. I could of added more weight to the shoulder press, but there is to much potential for shoulder injuries. Lateral raises were awesome and kept nice form, focus and slow form on the negative portion.

I used to find my self needing headphones and music. Lately I have had such good focus and no need for the music. Looking forward to back day.

For those who have not tried lying biceps curls, you dont know what you are missing. Great stretch and less cheating.

Overall good workout. In and out in 60 minutes. The best part was the T-Bar rows, I contracted hard on every rep for at least one second.

-Extra sets added. The Natadrol wants me to add extra sets!
-Increased the dumbbell rows
-Excellent form and contraction on the T-bar.
-Each exercise seems to be manageable with potential of increasing a few pounds.



Going to take tomorrow off. Come back in for chest and triceps on Saturday.
 
4/3 Chest & Triceps

I am starting to think Natadrol should be a 8 week cycle. It seems my best workouts have started this last week and have continued on. I am finishing up the 6th week, but really feel the full affects start at 6 weeks. Maybe next time I will give that a try.

Today's workout was great.

Incline DB Press: 75x10 80x8 85x7 60x14
Dips: body+25x10 +35x8 +45x7 Bodyx15
DB Fly's: 30x10 35x8 40x8 45x4 25x15

Triceps Extensions: 65x10 75x8 90x6 50x15
Kneeling Triceps Extensions (Rope): 70x10 80x8 85x10 60x15
Triceps Dips (Two Benches): body +25x10 +45x8 +70x12 bodyx15

Highlights:

- Increased first DB Press set by 5 pounds.
- Added an extra rep to the 85 pd DB Press

- Added 2 more reps to the 40 pd fly's, making it 8 reps instead of 6.
- Dipped into the 45 pds for flys with 4 reps.

- Increased first set of triceps extensions by 5 pds.
- Increased last set from 85 to 90 pds with 6 reps.

- Increased Kneeling Triceps Extension into the 85 with 10 reps.

I am feeling stronger and want to do more reps than my routine calls for. This is definitely a plus. I am really loving this stuff. Only have a day left and will start the Formadrol. I will miss the Natadrol.
 
Final Review

Final Review:

Overall the Natadrol was very enjoyable. It seems the supplement can be used for either cutting (prep) or increasing lean body mass. If you keep your current diet, granite your current diet is o.k., you may get the best of both worlds. But, if you are leaning towards one or the other, tweaking the diet while using the Natadrol will be the best option. I managed to become a bit more lean and stronger without much diet change, but imagine if I did make changes.

The decrease in water retention was definitely a plus and assisted with the dry vascular look. Because of this I recommend plenty of water because you will get thirsty.

Libido did not change for me, but I have read others received great libido improvements.

The supplement definitely helped with your mental focus, but does not make you aggressive. I have been aggressive from natty boosters and this did nothing for aggression. Focus on the workout was a plus.

Strength increases are great after 4 to 5 weeks in. I would recommend 8 weeks to anyone trying Natadrol. I did 6 weeks and it was not enough when the strength gains start coming that late in the game. Towards the end of the cycle I started to make some great increases in weight!


Breakdown (for me):

-Great for LBM. Tweak your diet for cutting or bulking to get the best.
-Great for strength
-Great for focus

Side Effects (for me):

-Minor acne. A few here and there.
-Thirst and hunger, which are not really side effects.

MY NUMBER ONE RECOMMENDATION WHEN USING NATADROL. RUN IT FOR 8 WEEKS, NOT 6 WEEKS. IF YOU HAVE THE MONEY DISH IT OUT AND WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED. THE BEST OF IT COMES IN THE FOURTH OR FIFTH WEEK. HAVING A FEW WEEKS WHEN THE SUPPLEMENT IS WORKING AT ITS BEST WILL GIVE YOU SOME AWESOME GAINS.


I would use Natadrol in the future. =)

Just a quick update

I stopped using Natadrol on Sunday and started dosing Formadrol on Monday. I am only dosing two caps a day for the first week and I am already happy. I have not lost any strength, in fact I have gained strength in several exercises. Unlike the Natadrol, it has affected my aggression. The aggression can be a positive and negative reaction, since I tend to be a little snappy.

I am looking forward the to the next three weeks with Formadrol!
 
Do u feel that maybe 8 a day would be a better run. I weight a little less than you, but wondering if for an 8 week run should you spike to 8?

I think 6 a day is plenty, as long as you run a full 8 weeks. It also depends on the individual, for me 6 worked great and 4 not so well.

Formadrol as a PCT is awesome. The best natural test/anti-estrogen supplement I have ever used. Incline DB Press is at 90x6 85x8 80x10 and still feeling like it will go up. I have never had the opportunity to pick up a 90lb. with the Natadrol, and let me tell you it feels good.

I'll have to give it a full review once I finish, but so far I like.
