How do I know i need a SERM?

I've ran 2 EPI cycles in the past, low dosage pulses and had great success.

The thing is...i often see ppl talking about it's good to keep some Nolva around "JUST IN CASE".

What do you look for in order to decide u need to SERM?
And how should I start dosing when I find out I need it?

Thanks

First thing you have to understand is if you are using something harsh or strong.

Example would be Superdrol or other clones. That goes beyond saying, you will need a SERM on hand and to be used for PCT.

But if you were to use something like H-Drol, a serm may not be needed. However having it is much better than not having one.

Basically you can not guarantee yourself nothing can happen, we just hope nothing does.

Different serms required different dosing, gotta use the search function for the specific serm you want to use.

Thanks but that wasn't the question...what I want to know is...what symptoms do I have to be aware of to know that i have to use a SERM?

if ur doing a cycle or pct...and that thought crosses your head...u needed a serm like a week before hand

I'm not in a cycle, I'm just asking because ppl say "Yeah your OTC SERM is ok, but i'd still have a real SERM in hand just in case"

I want to know what that "just in case" means. The guy said itchy nipples and stuff, that's what I want to know.

I would think, if you start seeing early stages of developing gyno. Like someone said itchy and oversensitive nipples. You may experience some of it and that is expected with PH use, but may not necessarily be gyno.
Another thing is, that your HPTA not recovering, i.e testicle size, libido etc...
Those are the warning signs I monitor during my PCT, before jumping to SERM use.
But to say for sure, would be to check where you are at hormonally through blood test.

what's an OTC SERM ????

Nolva, Clomid, and Torem. are all pharmaceutical drugs designed to be prescribed by a doctor, they never have and never will be OTC.

Yeah, the threat of gyno is probably the major reason to have a SERM on hand during a cycle. If you're 3 weeks into your cycle and suddenly get puffy nipples, you'll want something to stop that ASAP before you develop full blown man-boobs. So that's probably the major reason to have a SERM on hand "just in case." You don't want to be waiting for one to arrive in the mail while your pecs start turning into tits!

Of course, some compounds like Tren are more likely to cause gyno than Hdrol or Epi, but everyone reacts differently, so that's why people say "better safe than sorry."

Gyno is a major reason to have a SERM on hand! No one wants to get a flair up and not have the tools on hand to combat it!

Correct, itchy/puffy nipples are NOT Gyno! gyno is painful and will cause lumps under your nipples. any flux in hormone levels can cause puffy and itchy nipples.

itchy and/or puffy nipples will be some signs

no, see above.

For gyno check out this link:

for PCT: you should be able to tell if you're shutdown...NO libido and lethargy would be pretty bad. atrophy of your testicles is another sign

Basically, if you're going to play with these compounds then you should have a serm on hand at all times. you never know how your body will react to new compounds and dosage and duration can change your reaction significantly. a true PCT is not complete without a SERM.

if you finish a cycle and you don't feel shutdown then you might be able to get by with an OTC PCT, but I wouldn't run any designers (besides mild H-drol or Mild Epi runs) without basing my PCT on a SERM.

so definitely a must have for a sd cycle(PP's) on top of their TRS pct is what your sayin?
