I have to start out saying my chest is wrecked today. I flew through my workout today. I was in the zone. I did back and it went like:

Pull ups- 17,13,8,6,6 dropped a set which i was happy about. trying to get where I can do 50 pull ups in at least 3 sets
Rack chins-body weight-12,12,8,8 4 sec neg 1 min rest up two
Behind Head Pull Downs-150-10,10,9,8 3 sec neg 1 min rest up two
T Bar-200-12,12,12,10 1 min rest up two
DB row-80-L-12,12,12 R12,12,12 up in weight on both
dropset -60-L-8,8,8 R-8,8,8 45 sec rest 3 sec neg

Good workout felt great the whole time. I had to drill some new holes in my weight belt again. 2nd time so far. It might be that I'm losing weight is why my pull ups are going up but I think its the stack. I feel strong and I'm looking leaner and fuller. I'm really leaning on sucking it up and picking up another bottle of natadrol but $40 for two weeks has me in a stalemate.
 
Shoulder workout today that went well. Trying to get those cannon ball delts. Strength is still up and I continue to look leaner and fuller. workout went like:

Behind Head Military-110-12,12,11,10 3 sec neg 1 min rest up in weight
Upright Row-95-12,12,12,10 3 sec neg 1 min rest stayed same
Barbell front raise-55-12,12,12,10 pause at eye level 1 min rest up 2 reps
1 Arm Side raise-30-L-4x12 R-4x12 45 sec rest
reverse flys-40-12,10,10,9 pause/squeeze at top 45 sec rest up 1 rep
shrugs-343-12,11,8 pause/squeeze at top 40 sec rest up 1 rep

overall good lift shoulders and traps are fatigued. Im really liking the stack. The libido leveled off after the first week. Pumps are still great, endurance is still going up. I have already recommended natadrol to some of my buddies.
 
Today was leg day. My legs are destroyed but I missed my last 2 reps on squats but I did hit an extra rep on my third set. So I was only down 1 rep. I know they are excuses but I did get some 20 min before my lift and didn't sleep well last night due to my job. They are just factors that might have affected the lift. It was a good lift overall.

Squat-383-10,10,9,6 1 min rest
lunges-40's-9,9,8,8 each leg. 1 min rest up two reps
hammy curls-60-10,10,10,8 4 sec neg 1 min rest up 1 rep
Calve Raise-DC Style-90-23 reps up one

Still no "ON" feeling but again still feeling great in the gym. I am continuing to look fuller while looking leaner. aggression is still on when I push for an extra rep or two nothing extra. But I have had poeple say i'm looking leaner.

Threw some weights around today. I had unbelievable pumps today. My biceps hurt for a good 10 min after i was done with them because they were so full. My triceps looked like they were going to fall off my arm. But I loved every minute of it!

Down two pounds again this week sitting at 244 on my scale so I think I’m around 247-248. BF % dropped a little more this week. My waist measurement also went down another ½ inch or more.

Speed V2: 6.5
Thermogenic- 6 I still don’t feel any warming. But I feel it is working to help with weight loss.
Energy-6 still no huge energy boosts but its there when I take it pre-workout.
Apatite suppressor- 7.5- Still feel this is the reason why I’m not eating everything in site due to the natadrol.

NO infuse: 7
Pumps- During-7 Post-8 Had the best pumps yesterday in my arms. Still think a bigger bottle would be beneficial. Pumps are still great between this product and the natadrol.

Natadrol: 8
Pumps—during-7 post-8 The post workout pumps are still going strong.
Focus-8—Focus is still good. Even on leg days I dread once I hit the gym I’m in the zone.
Motivation-7-good motivation in the gym. Still pushing for those extra reps!
Strength-7- numbers still going up weight going down! If I compared it to a ph it would be a 5 but im comparing it to a natural supp.
Negative Sides-10- there are none still loving it!
Endurance: 8- good endurance. I’ve noticed it’s getting better every week
Stamina: 8- my stamina is still going good it has leveled off a little
Energy:-during workouts 7 feel great once I get into the workout
Libido: 6-can still get up on demand. I felt the first week week and a half it was on point but I think it has leveled off or dropped a little now.
Recovery: 6- about the same. Maybe a little better but not much so far this week.
Aggression: 5 same as before…on aggressive when I need a rep or two.
Hunger is up but contained by Speed V2
 
Good workout today. didn't go up any on bench so I was a little upset about that but the negative portion on my reps are kicking my ass but I feel they are working good. I did switch up my workout this week as well. The change also did a number on me. workout went like:

I have finally figured out what im running after the natadrol runs out. I decided because I am tight on $ I would run something I already have so I chose Mdrol. I had the cycle ready to run in a month so I just decided to push it up. I have everything I need for the cycle and PCT. I will either pick up some testopro or formadrol extreme to run with my PCT. I am leaning formadrol b/c it is a little cheaper. Still happy with the natadrol. I upped the dose to 9 a day this week so it would be a 28 day cycle rather than 30 day. I will note if this increased amount makes a difference.
 
did back today and felt really good. switched workout again and will for everything this week. back went like

good lift felt great. I flew through this workout. next week when I'm on Mdrol I will be upping my volume. Pump was great.lats felt huge today.
 
Ok so i upped my dosage to 9 pills a day, 3 each time, on monday i believe. Today I decided to dose 4 pre-workout. I could tell a huge difference. Man I felt amazing. I blew through my workout and had great pumps. I did shoulders today:

DB press-55-12,10,8,8 4 sec neg 1 min rest
Lying Machine Upright Rows-50-12,12,12,12 6 sec neg 1 min pulled up to nose
DB Side raises-40-8,8,8
drop set-------20-8,8,8 1 min rest these killed me
Alt DB front raises-30-10,10,10,10 eye level 1 min rest
Reverse cable flys-20-L-8,8,8,8 R-8,8,8,8 45 sec rest these were tough

drop set--50-12,12,12 45 sec rest held at top for 2-3 secs to light

The extra pill of natadrol pre-workout was great. When I run Natadrol again I will dose 2,4,2 for 4 weeks. I felt like it made a huge difference. I decided to go with Formadrol to go with my pct.
 
Took 4 pills natadrol again pre-workout and felt good again. the only problem I had was my hip flexors. Im having a big problem with them staying incredibly tight. I stretch them every time I hit legs or cardio. I think every time I exercise i need to stretch them. leg day went like:

Front squat-245-10,10,10,10 1 min rest
Barbell Hacksquat-245-8,8,8 1 min rest pause on ground each rep
Leg extensions-100-8,8,8,8 4 sec neg 1 min rest

Im finishing natadrol on saturday. I will have final pics and a final review on the stack. Im still very happy with my progress so far. for a natural recomp stack I could not have asked for anything more.

actually i miss counted so I've been taking 10 the past 3 days not 9. I feel its done better for me at this dosage. So if/when I get another round of natadrol I will dose it 8 for the first two weeks then 9-10 for the final two weeks. but i havent noticed anymore urination or any sides at this level so Im still going strong.
 
completed my last lift on Natadrol and it was a good one. took 4 pills again pre-workout. Im set on that being a staple for natadrol when I run it again. The 4 pills are working way better. Did arms:

Tricep dips-(between two benches)-1xfail body weight. started with 6 sec neg then busted as many out as i could.

I will start working on the review tonight. I will be up tomorrow. I have to work tonight at 6pm. I will have pics up tomorrow with the review.
 
Good stuff so far! I have been considering the natabolic stack for a while after I run my Trifecta Stack, and hearing so many positive things from everyone has me really excited
 
Interesting way of dosing Natadrol at 4 pre workout!! I think you are th first to high dose this way and it seems to be working for you.
 
My final weight of the stack was 241.2 on my scale so I’m thinking around 245 is what it is. Waist was down 3 inches and my bf% was down to about 16-17%. Arms dropped .25 inches so not to bad for losing 7-10 lbs on this stack.


Speed V2: 6.3333
Thermogenic- 5 I never felt any thermogenic affect. But it seems like it was there because of my weight loss. But that could have been the strict diet as well
Energy-6 No drastic energy throughout the cycle but it did up me a little. When I did fasted cardio in the morning is where I felt this the most. I took it both with and without food. I didn’t notice a difference.
Apatite suppressor- 8- this is what I really liked about this product. I felt hunger from the natadrol but it never was bad at all. When I took 3 pills a day it was even better. It allowed me to not act on any cravings.

NO infuse: 7.5
Pumps- During-6 Post-9
Pre-workout sprays were ok. It was hit and miss with them. But when I had a sweet going and sprayed post workout the pumps were awesome. They lasted a really long time. I felt huge during them.

Natadrol: 8 as a Natural supplement. best i have taken
Pumps—during-6 post-9 I linked the pumps with NO Infuse. Like I said earlier the post workout pumps were some of the best ive had. Definetley the best I have had on a natural product.
Focus-8—This past week when I bumped the number of pills up I was a machine. I thought in my mind…crush the weights.
Motivation-9-Again when The pre-workout pills went to 4 pills I ready to do any workout-including legs! Big deal for me.
Strength-7-Was good and maybe a little better with the pre 4 pills. As I lost weight my numbers mainly went up. Some staled at times but overall they went up.
Negative Sides-10- There are none
Endurance/ Stamina: 9- This is the main area affected with the extra pills. my stamina is up and I’m able to push threw the short breaks on legs and the rest of my workouts.
Energy:-8- Again the 4 pills was the trick with me. My energy during my lifts was great with 4 pills pre-workout.
Libido: 6-I could go when ever I wanted but I felt it was great in the beginning and tapered off.
Recovery: 7- I was going to go higher with this but my chest was still sore today from Monday and my legs took about the same to recover. Everything else I noticed recovered much better.
Aggression: 7- I noticed it increase the last two weeks little by little. My animals would do stupid stuff and I would get pissed and the petty things. with my wife and little girl would annoy me when they shouldn’t.
Hunger still contained by speed V2


Overall The stack got a 7.2. I would definitely do it again. But since LG came out with the new Natabolic stack I will more than likely have gone with that. But I like the apatite suppression from the speed V2 on a cut with natadrol. I think natadrol would be good on a bulk but with its leaning affects it is probably better for recomp.

I did some power lifting when I was young. I was a wrestler in high school and college. I'm on track as of right now. My goal is 240 10% bf but I think I might try to get shredded not quite sure. Its really hard for me to get in the single digits on bf because my metabolism is really slow. I feel as if I put on wait walking past junk food.
