Natadrol Log/Cycle

Did you find natadrol really increased oily skin?

I have not had any increases in oily skin. I have always had oily skin and normally I would notice if excess oil is present. For example, in the past I used ALRI Restore and had the worse oily skin. So far Natadrol, I have not had this problem.

I have noticed something that I do not want to call a side effect at this point. One night I could not get my d*** up so my wife and I could have sex. It could of been I was tired or was not in the mood. But it took forever to get it up and was a bit embarrassed. Luckily me with some focus it all went well. I have not felt sexual at all and it may be because of the Natadrol. I don't want to say its for sure yet, until later on in the cycle.
 
Natadrol is an androgen... it should help out in the bedroom. People have libido issues with products with a high anabolic ratio and low androgenic ratio, IE Superdrol, deca etc.
 
3/13 Shoulders/Triceps

What an amazing workout! None of these numbers are special or new to me, however, this workout was amazing because of my mental focus. I was focused from start to finish and completed this entire workout in 45 minutes. No breaks in between each superset exercise and I only took 1 minute once the superset was complete. I am feeling unstoppable and cant wait to get back to my old routine and put up some new numbers. I can't test my strength with the supersets but I sure do feel stronger.

All side effects and positive effects remain the same. It seems though, the Natadrol is putting me in a deeper focus than the last few weeks. I am completing my third week tomorrow and it is getting better and better.
 
Just checked my morning weight and the scale displayed 186. The battery on the scale is low, this could be a mistake. I am going to change the battery later on today. If this is not a mistake I have gained a good 5 to 6 pounds. My starting weight was between 180 and 183, depending on the day.

-Wide Pull Downs increased to 120 at 8 reps. Last routine was 110 at 8 reps. These are also super sets so this is a good increase.


For the most part today's workout was average. Was not in the mood, but I still went. I have received several compliments from co-workers regarding my size. For some reason they are all impressed with my weight, but I must admit I have some fat around the mid section. Regardless, compliments are always good.

Side Effects: The same as the last posts.

Positive Effects: Same as the last post with the addition of some more strength and size from the strength.
 
I just check my morning weight again, weighed in at 186! Safe to say this is this is muscle weight because I have no extra fat around the mid section. I am excited about the going to the gym today, hope it is a great workout.

Right now i'm planning to run it at 6 caps for 6 weeks then if all is good gonna go 2 more weeks at 8 caps to compare the difference. I'm gonna have to buy an extra bottle though i'll probably just pick up the natabolic stack and give the ghenerate a try too, and save the extra bottle for another natadrol cycle down the road.

I told my wife 190 and she got pissed off. She said my head already looks small and any more weight it might disappear. I told her fine I'll maintain but in May I will cut down to 170. She told me no and said 175. WOmen are something else.............

Anyway, I'll try to maintain this weight.

This is today's workout. I went in pumped and ready for anything that came my way. Apparently, the pump was not enough because I did not do as well as I wanted. I am so confused on what routine to stick with!!! I really enjoyed the supersets and thought they were beneficial. At the same time I was scared supersets would not allow me to go heavy and might reduce muscle size. All these years of lifting and I still don't know what the hell works. I was not getting stronger but I feel the supersets were changing my shape and definition.

Ghenerate is probally the best GH product ive tried. Just listen to the bottle, and dont dose too high.

How high is too much? I dosed 10 pumps twice a day (5 on 2 off) and had no issues. I actually prefer 8 pumps to the recommended 6. What did you experience?

Weight is arbitrary bro. Do what YOU want, I've had plenty of girlfriends say "don't get bigger" or "I don't like 'big' guys". Yet, I have never had a complaint when they have their hands on me. Trust me, nature has programmed into the VAST majority of people to look for certain physical traits, of which, girls naturally look for a bigger/more fit man... it has to do with passing on one's genetics and goes back into pre-history. You see this everywhere in nature, in humans and animals.

What I am saying is that you can probably gain some serious weight without your girlfriend really getting pissed. Just don't step on the scale in front of her so the "number itself" won't scare her.

Here is today's workout. I am really drained from doing 5 hours of yard work in the sun. I am going to take tomorrow off, come back friday and saturday. Take Sunday off and try to start back up on my four day split this Monday.

Highlights:

-Leg Curls are getting stronger. I could of popped out 12 reps, but I am trying to stick with the program.
-Leg Extensions have also increased.
-Front squats are feeling good. Still kind of new to me, but I am liking them.
-Arms are bigger. Wife was making me flex yesterday. Even at the movie theater she looked over and was impressed. Good feeling to have your lady rapped around your bicep


No Further side effects.

Positive Effects: Def. more muscle hardening. More noticeable in the leaner areas, such as shoulders and legs.

despite the yard work, good numbers bro. and GMG - I'm with you on the 8 pumps!!

It seems to be the sweet spot, and the bottle lasts forever it seems. I swear I get 2 months to a bottle... maybe not quite, but WAY more than just a month.

Nope. I beta-tested the product before it was released for about 45 days. Took about 2 months off before I could get my hands on another bottle... been on it (on the 5 on / 2 off method of dosing) ever since. No negative sides at all. Just recomp and recovery like crazy.
 
Some more supersets here. If you have not superset with biceps, it is a painful routine. Great pump, but painful. Looking forward to Monday! Start fresh. I always go through these stages where my routine changes daily, lol. I am leaning towards that 10-8-6-15 setup.

The Natadrol has not helped with recovery. My chest is still sore from Tuesday! Not just a little sore, but pretty damn sore. I am guessing it was that 10-8-6-15 setup. Maybe the 40 pounds dumbbell fly that I have not tried in the past or the presses to the neck. My point is Natadrol has done nothing for recovery. So far muscle hardening, focus and strength are some of the benefits I noticed.

With the soreness? My chest has not been this sore in a long time. I thought the Natadrol would help with the recovery, but apparently not. At least not for me. I might do same routine on Monday and see what happens.

yeah, sorry to say it before, but yes the soreness. I get DOMS, but not when I am on things like Nata or Prime. That is why I was wondering if this is a one time thing and was curious for next weeks results.

Yea, its pretty crazy. Reminds me of when I first started working out. The long lasting soreness. On the positive side, if I made me this sore it may be a good routine for me to sick with. The only problem I have is the soreness interferes with my shoulder routine, since my front deltoids are also still sore from chest day. It may just be a case of adapting to the routine. I still have a couple weeks of the cycle, so I will def. keep posting.
 
Will be switching to this routine on Monday. Will stick with this for three to four weeks. I will be using Formadrol XT as PCT in a couple of weeks and will hopefully keep the log going. These are my favorite exercises.

3/22 Chest & Triceps

Due to not having a workout partner I stuck with dumbbells. I woke up a bit under the weather and had no interest in working out. Once I got to the gym and warmed up, the sun began to shine through. Overall I had an excellent workout and will be looking forward to next Monday's chest routine. I started the 10-8-6-15 program and will take a few adjustments to get the correct weight for each exercise. Several of these exercises I could of bumped up by 5 pounds, but I wanted to feel comfortable with the routine before I make those increases.

Highlights:

It is awesome to have a 85 pounds dumbbell for Incline Dumbbell Press. At my past gym It jumped by increments of 10 and I never had the opportunity to progress. 85 pounds felt pretty easy and next workout will increase each set by 5 pounds. Usually my chest is pretty shocked by the time I hit flat press, but next workout I feel a 5 pound increase coming on.

The 40 pound fly's went up by 1 rep. Next workout I would like to hit 8 reps with the 40 pound and possibly 6 reps with the 45 pound.

85 pounds on the triceps extensions is an increase from my usual 80 pounds.

The other triceps exercises had no increases due to the muscle fatigue.

Side Effects: None other than what I have said on the last posts.
 
I am thinking of going 8 caps a day for my final week.

The 8 caps would start this Sunday till Friday. Or I can let it ride with 6 caps which will only give me two extra days anyway.

Any thoughts?
 
depends on how you feel. If your doing well with the 6, then why not up it to the 8. Have read many guys getting the added benefit.

Well, I have noticed some people upping the dose to 8 caps a day. I am not sure if they got any added benefits or side effects. I expected more from the supplement and feel maybe to meet my expectations I may have to up the dose. I know in a lot of cases more is not always better. I'll get to the end of this week and see how things go, and decide then.
 
Ask Mr. Kleen. He's on my thread. He is the king of dosing, IMHO. he mega dosed Prime and then realized he had a sweet spot at lower

I think if you are seeing good results at your dose now then why change? Although upping it for the last few weeks can be interesting :)
 
3/23 Legs

Another day feeling under the weather. I went to bed around 1 am and woke up around 7 am. I planed on sleeping till 9:30 am, but for some reason my body would not let me. Woke up feeling sluggish and unsure of how my workout was going to be. Fortunately I had a decent workout.

Overall pretty good workout.

Highlights:

-Heaviest I have done with Leg Extensions. The rep scheme was suppose to 180 for 6 but I had so much more in me, so I did 10.
-Heaviest I went on leg curls. I could of did several more.
-Added about 20 pounds to the Hack Squat. This killed me after doing back squats.


Nothing special on back squats. Still using no belt and don't want to go to heavy to soon. Arms were looking nice and full. Everything still remains the same and no added side effects. =)
 
Just checked my afternoon weight and weighed in at 181. I swear there are fat burning components in the Natadrol. I have not gotten any weaker and look a bit leaner. About a week and a half ago I weighed in at 186 two days in a row upon waking up and going pee. I am almost positive there is fat burning going on or water reduction. I don't care, as long as my strength remains the same. A lot of people say this could be used as a pre-comp, now I am understanding why.
