Weight 201. I've upped my intake of SD to 1.5ml a day split into 2 doses. I'm now eating around 4500 calories and 350+ grams of protein per day. Hopefully I'll see some new weight gain as it's been 5 days and I've only added half a pound.

Any reason why you're keeping your dose that low? Just curious ..
 
This is my first cycle of anything. You think I should bump my dosage up to 2ml a day?

I would. You're definitely playing it safe with your health by having a solid set of base support supps. (liver juice, vitamins, etc..) I've taken plenty of methylated PH's in my day and even drank while I was on them (because I was retarded and dumb), and I never had any issues (yet), lol. I'm not saying you need to go wild and completely intoxicate your body. 2-3ml is the recommend dose of SD... Even though it's your first time, I think anywhere under 2ml is too light to expect anything. You'll be fine at 2ml.
 
Keep it at 1.5ml ed and see how you react to that...you should get a response from the 1.5ml ed...if you don't then bump it up...just becuase you feel ok does not mean your body is, especially from SD...its always good to play it safe for your first SD cycle...

Weight 202.5. Ok things look like they're moving again. I did up my dose yesterday to 1.75ml a day. Last night during my workout I was feeling really weak. I'm not so sure it was from shut down though. I had been feeling very bloated for the past few days. I don't think my body was properly digesting my food. I believe that the 4500 calories a day was just too much for my body to handle on it's own, so I added a probiotic yesterday and digestive enzymes at every meal. Today I feel so much better. No bloat at all and I gained 1.5 pounds. My body just feels like it should now. Interesting note, even with my increase in dosage my BP has gone down as well. I've also added Sustain Alpha to the mix and I've ordered some Nolva for the PCT. Since I upped my dosage I feel it's best to have a SERM on hand for this PCT. Because I'm running a SERM I figured I would add the SA to the mix now to help speed up my recovery during PCT as well as keep my energy up.
 
Good choice to go with the probiotic. Keep the water intake high and your carb intake if you are feeling weak....and make sure you are getting quality sleep. You really shouldnt be feeling weak at this point so take note and make an adjustment if it prolongs to keep the proper balance of nutrition, exercise and sleep in check.

Weight 202. Not bad considering that yesterday I only ate about 2500 calories because it was our town's obeservation of St. patrick's day so I was at work all day. Body fat is dropping again too. My digestive system seems to have pretty much recovered. Within 30 minutes of waking up I had 3 very large bowel movements and I feel so much better. Hopefully everything is back on track.

I think the BP decreased because my body can now properly digest the supplements I've been taking. Having your GI track filled with lots of undigested food can put a lot of physical stress on the body raising your BP. I really wish I had started taking the probiotic and digestive enzymes from the start. I would have probably had some ridiculous results given how well I was responding in my first week. I'm hoping to make up for that though this week and next as i only have two weeks left.

i'll be starting my sd cycle in about a week. since i'll be upping my protein and carb intake you'd recommend me going ahead and getting a probiotic and digestive enzyme? This allows for better absorption and less bloating im guessing? which products did you pick up btw? i've been looking at PP's CLA as it helps with protein retention. thanks

Yep. Just go to walmart or walgreens and pick up the probiotic and digestive enzymes. I wish I had used them from the get go. I'll never do another bulk without them.

I appreciate you suggesting this man. I've been doing a pre-bulk before my cycle and it seems like the food I'm putting into my system isn't coming out the other end! I'm going to be picking up some digestive supps shortly because it surely seems like it should be a staple to any bulking diet. Can't wait to get started in a few weeks on my SD!

My biggest gain over last week was my lower quad which gained a full inch. So even though I didn't gain much weight last week I still gained size which means it wasn't a total loss. Hopefully this week and next I'l see some sweet gains with my GI track sorted out and my upped dosage.

Yeah, I was going to say that the recommended dose is 2-3ml's a day. If you're only at 1ml a day, then Im suprised you're even seeing the initial gains thus far! No point in getting discouraged if you haven't even hit the recommended dose yet... keep us posted!

Not at all, some people just have a strong reaction to compounds. I'd always recommend to use the smallest dose possible to get results :)

Weight 203. Everything seems back on track. BP is good. No noticable sides. No testicular atrophy yet. Sex drive is normal.

9 lbs in just about 2 weeks is incredible man. I can't wait to jump on this. I get my order tomorrow, but I'm going to frontload the liver juice like you did. I'm also going to be stacking this with PP's 1-T LV, this log has definitely inspired me to post my own as well. Keep it up..

Wow up 9 pounds since you started. What is your BF at?

BF is probably at about 12% right now. After PCT I'm going to run a light cycle of clenbuterol to shred up.

Yeah but keep your head up. if you attain another 5 lbs in the next two weeks, which I don't see why you wouldn't, its still something a lot of people dream of.

And have you ever used clenbuterol in the past to cut? The reason I ask is because I'd definitely like to do a mild cutting cycle after my PCT as well.

I actually think I'll be able to gain another 10 pounds over the next 2 weeks.

I've never run clen before but I'm looking forward to it.

As I mentioned earlier, Later this year I will do my first SD cycle. Similarly, I want to start low dosing it and possible work up to 1.75/2. But I also plan to go through PCT then cut with Clen. This is like watching my future progress at work haha.

dont forget superdrol is fantastic at repartitioning so maybe your lack of scale weight gain is because of concurrant fat loss :-)

Thanks for the info! I haven't done too much research into clen yet so any advice from experienced users is really helpful.

i did clen at 30 to 60mcg per day, could not go higher as i dosed early morning empty stomach. it gets quite uncomfortable like a dirty stim it is.

a little thyroid boost, like guggle or even low dose t3 with clen(both after pct though) can really be synergestic.
sides are stimmed out feeling and stuff like feeling cold while armpits are sweating balls, some insomnia first few days, and feeling a little weeker endurance wise in the gym.

2 weeks on 2 weeks off and repeat was best for me, without a bigger break afterwards it looses effectiveness.

lastly there is some research pointing that clen is cardio-toxic at dose close to 90mcg per day so might wanna search for that and make up your own mind. more is not always better.

clen coupled with a good test booster(divanil+testofen/or combo herbs) is a great combo.

if you are feeling down during pct mood and libido wise, let me suggest a cool product for you, its a combo of catuaba/iccarin/mucuna puriens, pm me for link

Nice progress so far dude. I took sd in my
last cycle 10 mg for the first 2 weeks and was gaining a pound a day for the first week... The second week it leveled. I bumped up the dose the last 2 weeks to 20 and gains started up again in week 3, but kinda slowed in week 4. And by week 4 I felt shutdown definetly.. But everything is good and recovered now.

Same always happens to me the majority of weight gained in first week but majority of strength gained in the 3rd week

Weight 206.5. Another day, another pound. Love this. Last night I had 3 seperate people come up to me and tell me that I'm "getting huge". WHile I'm nOt really huge by any stand point I have added a very noticable amount of muscle mass. I'm sure gains will start to level off next week but I'm hoping I'll still keep gaining like this through the end of my cycle.
