I just got offered a new weekend job and was wondering if any one could help me word it so I get the most out of it.

As far as hourly wage working in the front I had a question. Given my industry experience I think 14.50$ an hour starting would be more appropriate, but I am willing to accept less if there is no budget to support the higher pay. At the Doctors office I aveage around 25 a hour. Also will there be room to grow?

Should I change it. I don't know what the hourly for this industry is to be honest and payscale dot com makes you regester its wack. It would be more than just being in the front but I would give knowledge to the people there as well.

Humm interesting. Any one else ? Iv been in a doctors office for 5 year. So going down in pay sorta sucks you know.

Any one else think 14 is to low for a hourly pay.

Racking weights locking up the gym giving advice to people we will be carrying product so selling products being educated in diet nutrition etc. Educating people on proper form etc.

Since my kick boxing class there I get paid 25 bucks a hour which sucks for a cardio kick boxing instructor I figured if I can get even close to that. The typical cardio kick boxing instructor gets 27 dollars all the way up to 35 dollar depending on the size of the class.

dj...sounds like basic gym, front desk/customer service type work? If I'm wrong on that, I apologize, but it that's correct, I wouldn't expect a whole lot in terms of wages.

If you can get 14 bucks an hour for that god bless, but I just saw you were in San Diego. I would suggest getting the hell out of there ASAP. When the California government eventually deals with it's 2 million state employee problem it's going to **** up the economy and wage situation.
