Ive been doing the waxy maize during workout, im going to order some unflavored powder and start doing it throughout the day, ive started going the evoo in the shakes and eating the almonds or cashews or something like that for snacks at work, gained a few extra pounds by doing that. Looking to buy an electric coffee grinder now to do the oats to the shake, any idea how much one costs?
 
true. but depends on if you have the time. waximaize is great for on the run, blenders are good if you have time

-add macadamia nut oil to your shakes
-take universal real gaines before bed with whole milk
-white rice, dont avoid white rice
-water water water, a gallon or more a day
-use creatine properly
-add beta alanine
-its all about red meat
-liquid cals will expand your stomach for more food
-dont neglect the importance of protien shakes

** the most important in my eyes--carry with you a carb drink all day. most guys dont get in enough carbs, they worry about protien so much the neglect carbs. i started carrying a carb drink around all day and i blew up. my muscles filled up and pretty much every body part went up 1.5 inches withen the week, no bloating either. Hammer nutrition (a cycleing company for those who ride bikes) makes all kinds of complex carb powders for their bikers, this stuff is unkown to many BB's because not many of us bike. get you hands on some of this, throw it in your gallong of water and grow my friend. hope this helps

I agree with everything you said except for the white rice part. Brown rice is much better. Brown rice is better for both you and the environment.

yall are taking my comment wrong, i know brown rice is better yes. however, my comment was that its hard to be consitant with bad tasting foods. brown rice to me is horrible and i only save it for when i cut up. white rice i can eat all day anyday and yes its not as good as brown rice but on a bulk it will do the job, its not the only sorce of carbs etc.... in my diet but a cup or two at a meal is a good thing on a bulk. there are better alternatives but myself and alot of others continue to use white rice on a bulk. theres so many things we could eat that are OPTIMAL but living like that every single day, day in and day out can become tiresome fast, and theres alot to be said for enjoying your life when getting the mission done. there you go

Try adding just a little bit of salt or cheese to your brown rice. I find it delicious with cheese.
 
ive done the cheese and it was great at first, but later it just got old. however, if i make egg whits and simmer up some green peppers and unions and mix them all together will a little garlic powder, and some soy sauce its barable.
