I feel like I'm leaning out and by judging of the looks I'd say it too. But the weight has gone up slightly which is a plus. I think this was a very mild cycle though, gotta dose these supps higher if you want any significant changes. But improvments are improvments
Good for a second cycle though, but I'm ready to bring on the H-Drol/Fura stack already :damnit1:

Day 59:
Well I couldn't get anyone to spot my bench today so I will have do wait for tomorrow. Instead I went for the Deadlifts - felt like tearing up some iron
Here are the numbers:
Deadlifts: 135lbs x 10, 220 x 6, 310 x 2, 350 x 2, 395 x 1, 420 x 1, 440 x 1.
+ Some light back workout and stretching.
I'm really happy with the results. When I hit 420 which was a PR I was glad, but it felt somewhat "light" so I decided to tear it up bigtime and went for 440This was a small struggle, but it took off nicely from the ground. I thought I was about to pop all my blodvessels in my face cause I was like this :saeek: when ripping it from the ground.
New PR : 440lbs Deadlift!
Tomorrow I will go for the one rep max on the bench. If my soppter doesn't show I will slap him hard :damnit1:

Day 60:
My back was still hurting from yesterdays deadlift record, but I ainät gonna blame it on that. My day sucked today. I was sitting at work for 9hours and after that I got to the gym and warmed up for my 1max on the bench. Well I gotta say I will have to work harder on the bench since I am disappointed in my result. I made 245 bearly!! But I could feel something creaking in my sohulder and my lower back was screaming with DOMS :nervous:
Anyways. I've decided to work on my bench from now on and hopefully hit 295-300 sometime in summer. Don't know if it is realistic but I will try! My PR from many years back when I was 20lbs heavier is 275 so I will definately have to break that
Will go for 1 rep max on the squat today, so stay tuned for the next update :thumbsup:
