Can this be done? If so how should I dose it, Im looking to take 6-8 caps a day for 8 weeks or so... I haven't decided yet. If it matters I wake up around 5 am and workout around 5 pm, bed around 10pm give/take
Just dose it the same. 3/2/3 or 2/2/2 depending on dosage. You can also go 2/2/2/2 for 8 caps.
If you go hypo, then you may want to take a higher dosage around your meal. 2/4/2 or something like that.

Well, I been doing this diet on and off for years without even knowing it, I run better eating once a day, I used to do this working heavy heavy construction labor which is where I actually built all my muscle if you ask me, funny thing is after I stopped yeah I lost weight but I also lost muscle. Body pretty much don't care when it eats as long as it eats and gets enough if not a little more or a little less, and I'm not stupid I take in at least a 100 grams a day no matter what... You essentially SHOULD be getting in like 2-3 meals within an 8hr time window is how it's supposed to work.
