Another awesome lift!! Dosed 1 tab today and to be honest, I cant tell much of a difference between 1 and 2. I did get a little run down towards teh end of seated row but nothing major. I just had to suck it up. My lift went a little "slower" today, was working at the gym and lots of questions / people buying stuff. completed in about ~1hour vs my normal 45 mins. Still solid.

Im going to mix up the 1-2 tabs this week. Good **** tho!

If you were doing a HIT type possibly. Otherwise I don't think they would give you much.

Hmm i dunno could be effective for like a longer jog IMO. I cant confirm it cuz I do my cardio 30mins of walking on an empty stomach every morning.

Another kickass lift, digging the DC training but onto the ATP tabs.

Doing some more experimenting with them. I stracked 1 tab w/ 2 scoops of vasocharge and it was definately better than by itself. I use vasocharge pretty frequently, theres a site where buy 1 thing of xtend and get a tub for liek $1 extra so I always got vasocharge.

but yea, 1 tab + vaso = superior to 2 tabs. Off day tomorrow but Im goign to try 2 atp tabs with vaso and on Friday. Trying every possible combo I can to get the scoop on these :thumbsup:

GP, on the SLDL you don't rest pause this. The risk is too great for the back. You do one heavy set of 6-8 reps and then a backoff set with lighter weight of 12 reps. When 8 is easy on the heavy set the poundage increases..same for backoff. I rest about 2 minutes between... I also like to plug and play with different supps!

Yeah Dante suggested not to rest pause DL / SLDL / RDLs due to form dropping when your start getting tired. Im pretty use to doing high rep SLDLs like 15+ so I figured Id give it a go.

Ya Im not trying to come off as a know it all or anything, I apprecaiate comments / concerns/ critiszim!

Main reason Ive been doing them is to improve my regular DL. Im sure once I increase the weight I will have to swap them out tho.

we got a lil storm like 2 weeks ago. Last 2 -3 weeks average temp I would like to say has ben -5 to 0. Its starting to warm up for a week or so, 20's right now and supposed to stay that way for a little while. Atleast Im hoping!!

What can I say? all lifts are up again!! ;) Dosed 1 tab today and energy was pretty good until the working set of rack chins, than I started to lose it. Even took my time today. Im going to try 1 tab pre workout and 1 tab intra workout tomorrow, what ya guys think of that?

overall pretty good energy, A1 is pretty brutual, gotta be pretty explosive but Im not complaining!
 
Awesome job GP...helluva nice PR on the deads!! I'm goiung tobust your balls again though. You want to do a very heavy set first of 6-8 then the back off of 12 with the lighter weight. So in your case: 325 first for as many as you can. Rest 2-3 minutes then maybe 275-280 for 12. These are just guesses for weights. I would be interested to see the effects of the intra dosing.

Ok ill try the DLing your way but I coulda swore Dante suggested the "lighter" of the two sets first than the heavy one later? I prolly mis read it cuz it just doesnt seem to make sense.

Tried the intra tab thing, awful idea. I took the second tab when I got done with my calves. felt alright but than I got bloated as fck, just that sick bloated feeling. Not good lol. I had a little DL competition yesterday with a friend so i was pretty beat going into today, I didnt know I was squatting today dammit lol.

anyways the moral of the story is, dont do 1 tab intra, itll ruin your work out

Yeah I agree, I got +5 reps on it using 25lb plates. ill bump it up next week for sure :)

I just got a thing about "finish off" weight. damn ocd lol
 
FINAL REVIEW

Ok to be honest, I didn't expect much from this supplement. I was pleasntly surprised!!

The general taste is a tart cherry/berry/grape. Cant really nail it down, its not the best cuz its pretty sour but not bad. The tablets dissolve pretty quickly, like 30secs-1min and it basically gone. I think the sourness helps cuz saliva is pumping in the mouth, atleast for myself.

The most noticeable effect was endurance, hands down. To compare it to something, Id say its like a "super beta alanine" I mean yea, you do get tired but the endurance on this is sick.

I tried liek 6 different combos with ATP tabs and I must say, 2 tabs is probably the way to go. Not that big of a difference between 1 / 2 tabs but enough to notice it. If anything, 2 tabs on the "harder" lifting days without a doubt.

Would I reccomend this? Yes, if the price is still at $10.00 its definately worth a try. 2 tabs or 1 + 200mg of caffiene or an energy drink is perfect for a preworkout on a budget. Good product, very well done PAL.

excellent, just finished a box never did the 2 experiment as ill prolly never turn back to 1.

i have 1 more box, im saving it to test it out when its gets warmer and can start running sprints again, then ill really test this out good.

I agree with ya Ax, 2 tabs is the way to go. Def a pre workout on a budget supp. Not bad cuz you can stack it with other things and the price is pretty cheap
