Sorry to hear about the nagging injuries brosef. I understand completely. Being a Berzerker, I've had more than my share of them. Torn right pec, torn right calf, bad knees, bad left rotator cuff. Hel yeah, I love it!!

Don't take the following advice. It's bad. It's just what an idiot like myself would do. I'd wrap my knees and just keep on pounding out the heavy shit!! But that's NOT what you wanna do. I'd put on icy hot before and after workouts. Massages, and R.I.C.E. (rest, ice, compression, and elevation) And just keep on going. But I'm insane!!!:crazy::Eyecrazy:::

LOL, I already did those things TG, now is the time where having a Warriors Spirit I have to balance my ferocity and bravery with cunning. I just have to find a less obvious path of attack. Trust me these wheels of mine aren't going anywhere. I will find a way to grow or improve. I will graduate back to knee wraps after some time off for the quads. I will be bigger and better for waiting for this next show. After today's weigh in and bodyfat I think my idea of being at 200 and 6% in May could be right on point and that leaves me a very big looking boy come show time.
 
Very thorough log Kleen! I appreciate your consistency, actual use of complete sentences, and honest feedback throughout the log. You kept it fun and stayed on task at the same time. I'll be looking for your logs in the future, regardless of what supps are in the lineup :cheers:

Thanks Guys and your not late my real birthday is today, 37 years old. Solid advice on the uprights, I have changed to dumbells however I may try a more nuetral grip. Tomorrow I am going all out on the Hemo and hitting the 10 just to see and for a punctuated ending to the log. I will be starting another log this week, and will post links to it or send invites. After some liberated eating I am up to 201 however I look just as lean if not leaner. Got my muscles filled back up finally. Now we can see where I end up. Will update later. Pics tomorrow.
