im about to run a cycle of Fina, i was wondering what would stack well with this?? i hear alot of people using test, or prop, im trying to put on decent size and cut not just bulk...any ideas on a good stack with this?

ok how about this bud, meal plan which i have been on the last two months.
8am- protein shake, three eggs, oatmeal apple
10-am 2 PBswiches apple
12PM- protein shake PBswhich
2pm-PB half a grilled chicken breast
no more till 5 when i get home
then Two PBS Full Chicken breast someteims two, Shake right before i go off to the gym
....
i eat a ton but i dont gein weight
Nos, i appreciate your input and help i will look into the diet but im not trying to gein a ton of bodyfat eating horribly...ill look into the food journal as a guy stated a few posts up to see what works and what doesnt so i can see the big picture one what i have been consuming
edit: i also want to add that i am usually the pissed off a$$hole when i see posts like this. but im trying to be better about it....i either be helpful or stay out of it, because the noob and/or dumb posts will never go away no matter how many of us vets here yell and curse at ppl.
i geined about 30lbs but didnt get any sides...
so you suggest when im off if i wanna maintain i need to stay at 5000 calories?
thanks cody, and lifting the reason im doing it is for Spring break vacation, i would like to be a decent size when i go down, when i come back im off and make my geins on my own and take what i get...im just looking for size quick in the next month n half...thats all this is about
