hey everyone, i figured this would be the best palce to introduce myself since im still trying to bulk up and i couldnt find an introduction section. maybe im just slow.

well ive been working out for 3 years going on 4 this spring. when i first started working out i was 6ft and 140lbs. at first i never thought id get anywhere being the super skinny kid in the gym etc etc. low selfesteem you name it. Well after about 6 months of hard work one of the BIG guys took my under his weing and mentored me. IT was great I was beginning to learn proper technic and was seeing better results. bla bla yah yah ive been working out with him for 3 years on and off now and im at 208lbs now still all natural unless of course you include protien.

well the whole purpose of this post is the all famous question should i juice up now? ive hit a flat spot in my lifting. im looking for the next step.

ive done some small amount of research, i dont want to jump into this blind.

this is what i had in mind.
test E 250 12weeks twice a week

PCT would be
clomid. armidex and novladex. - think i butchered spelling on all those. i dont know enough about PCT though. and i want to do it right.

i havent gone and got anything yet. i dont plan on it untill i feel im comfortable enough to start.

i would love both negitive and positive input.

i never advise juice, but i will give you help on PCT once u figure out what u wanna take. and if you wanna go natural and break a peak, stack Prime + creatine + DTP or HGHup. eat alot and lift as heavy as u can and u will see near hormonal results i promise. i know i did.
 
r1balla, thanks for the reply. ive been spending my time doing alot of reading right now. trying to figure out what i want to do. If i should take that next step or still contiue to stay natural.... honeslt i think ive reached damn near my body's limit. being at 208 now and gaining nearly 60lbs from when i started. maybe im wrong?
but like i said i want to make the right choice and do it correctly and not mess myself up.
 
six foot at 208 is not your body limits bro. naturally, it takes time. your not gonna wake up and be big. my 15 yr old cousin is 6ft, 193. you get big in the kitchen. if you are eating alot, eat more, and take some supplements. i know if you are looking for a break of peak strength wise, if i were you, i would do the 69 protocol on Prime and stack it with a Testbooster. doesnt really matter which one, i just said DTP cause it is very strong (for me). testoPRO, sustain alpha, HGHup..etc all will increase test. TestoPRO is more of a "real" Test booster. Sustain Alpha, at least for ME, is a libido enhancer and HGHup is more of a GH booster, but it does increase free test. i suggest a stack like the "Asteroid" stack by USP labs or make your own. i love HGHup + Prime + test booster. that breaks peaks like crazy. as long as your training is right, and diet is for bulking, you WILL gain. even if you arent on a natural stack, i promise.

be careful here. i went from 126 to 204-205 and had some knee issues from the joint not wanting to carry around such a large increase of weight. the pain backs off when i get down to 202 or lower. i think if you were to have this issue it would be at 225 or larger (given your height), but something you should watch out for. if you do decide to cycle, make absolutely sure you are on some form of joint support, as some anabolics can dry out your joints, and you also may encounter the same issue i have, which is a sign that bulking is pretty much over. again, you've got 20 pounds or so before this MAY become an issue, but please don't plan on some crazy dianabol/test/tren cycle. keep it simple if you go this route - and you'll still gain plenty to keep you happy.
 
hey guys thanks for the advice. ive decided to wait it out a few more months. im going to go ahead and try what balla said and get a test booster and eat even more then i do already, man im going to feel ****ing bloated haha.
