Curcumin has been in my regimen for quite a while. I does make my joints feel better. I took it out for a few weeks after some reading I had done that suggested it interferes with recuperation in ways like NSAIDs do. You feel better but recover slower and get less from each exercise session.
Since then I have put it back in my line up but take the minimum amount. It works better for me than Glucosamine\Chondroitin\MSM concoctions.
It appears to absorb better with oils. I avoid piperine which is in many formulations.
