signs of troubled liver?

so im doing a phera superdrol cycle and im on week week four as of today.
im on day ten of 20mg phera and 20 mg mdrol and heres my problem. ive been having a little darker colored urine and my stools have been pretty soft? any thoughts? if this is the case, im gonna cut phera off and just cut back on the m-drol. im on 2 grams of milk thistle a day too
 
im also on red yeast rice and the xyience xtest natty t- booster. it also feels like im kind of dazed throughout the day but im since ive been taking the RYR, i feel better.
 
neither of those are bad signs. but the dark urine does mean ur kidneys are trying to flush the stuff out....up ur water intake.

upper/side abdominal pain, yellowing of the skin/eyes, light colored (light brown/yellow/white) stool are signs.....IF u even get sides before damage is done. not trying to scare u here, just a heads up
 
The brain-fog is a sign of inadequate glucose. Eat more carbs throughout the day, particularly fruits.

Have you noticed a colour change? If it becomes lighter, it could be from mild obstruction of your bileduct causing more bilirubin to be excreted in the urine instead of the feces. That would make your urine darker (urobilinogen) and the feces light from less stercobilinogen. Have you ever had gallstones?

It sounds like something bad may be on the horizon; I'm not sure how much longer you have in your cycle but I would personally be safe and wind it down.
 
Watch for the palms of your hands and soles of feet to be itchy also which is a sign of Pruritus. If this happens I would stop altogether myself but you should be fine by just dropping one of the two.

Pruritus: Itching. Pruritus can result from drug reaction, food allergy, kidney or liver disease, cancers, parasites, aging or dry skin, contact skin reaction, such as poison ivy, and for unknown reasons.
 
sh*t man lol. now im a little worried... i think im just gonna cut back down to 10 mg of superdrol today. cuz my stool again was pretty soft... and i noticed recently that my urine was pretty dark and it kinda seemed like a little powder? i dont know if its powder it just looked darker ya know? and no i never had gall stones
