Chest - Great workout. Still having insane pumps from the Jack3d

Sides: None, I have lost roughly 4lbs but my strength is still all there. My Abs are starting to lean back down as I am not retaining as much water.

Still continuing my diet. I am running 50mg of Clomid & 10mg of Nolva to round out my pct.

Still a seeing sick pumps thanks to the Jack3d. I tried 3 scoops last night for the first time. Needless to say I will not do that again, I could not fall asleep.

Had a doctors appointment yesterday for a yearly check up. The nurse practitioner has known me since I was 16 years old. She walked in looked at me, her jaw dropped and said "Jesus Christ, are you on steroids?" I burst out laughing. She hasn't seen me since August of 2008. lol

Sides: Mid day through the day yesterday I started to notice a little bit of soreness with my nipples. Today they are decently sore to the touch. I haven't had any problems with gyno in the past. I am running 50mg of clomid, 10mg of Nolva, a natty test booster and a cortisol blocker currently. Should I start to get concerned about it?

LOL on the JACK3D, I have found that I never need to go over 1 scoop and that does the trick, it is not like shotgun(which I also like, or especially NO explode, black Powder, NO Vapor, which you have to increase the dose rapidly!!

As far as your nips, I had a flare up from my last cycle for the first time ever. Try uping the dose of Nolva slightly, or better yet from whaat I've read get some letro!

UPDATE

Back - Great workout, mental focus and pumps from the Jack3d. I used only one scoop and that seems to be the sweet spot for me. I am not seeing any decrease in size or strength thus far. I am down roughly 5 lbs and I think most of it was water weight. I am a bit more vascular and my abs are starting to come back. My appetite is still through the roof.

Sides: My "boys" are back to their normal size and the soreness is gone. Libido has seemed to return to its normal all time high as well. My nipples haven't changed from yesterday, still sore. I am not sleeping as deep as I was on cycle. I am hoping that the HGHup will take care of that.

I ordered some Letro. Any suggestions on dosage? I still have 2 weeks left on 50mg clomid & 10mg of nolva. I have been researching this but would still appreciate some suggestions.

Bi's & Legs

Sick pumps again from that jack3d. The more I take it the better and better my workouts seem to be getting on it. I am down 5lbs total since I finished my cycle. I have seeing an increase in strength. Is it possible to see some gains while on PCT?

Sides: None aside from the nipples soreness. It seems a slight bit better today. I walk around in a great mood and cant wait to SFW each day in the gym. I am starting to sleep a lot better as well.

Saturday will be the first day of my third week on my PCT. Still running 50mg clomid & 10mg nolva

Tri's and Abs - Great workout again. The stairs were a but tough today thanks to my leg workout last night. Great pumps

Sides: Nothing really, my nipples seem to be a little bit better.

Judgement day will be here next week when I get my new Inzer bench shirt. Stay tuned, its going to be interesting.

Sorry for not geting to this sooner but snow knocked out power here in lovely upstate NY.

Still having great pumps in the gym and not seeing any decrease in strength gains. I am still up 14lbs and have lost a bit of my belly from the cycle. I have actually seen some gains in strength while on my PCT.

Sides: Nipples still a bit sore, going to start to run the Letro next week.
 
did you continue to gain strength after the switch to epi? esp the last week? thats when i noticed the best strength gains when i ran epi solo. The nipple soreness is probably from slight rebound. you could pick up vitex from vit shoppe and run low dose ATD or 6-bromo. as an alt method to letro

did you use ibe epi or e-stane for this?
 
hows the nipps situation? i had the same feeling at the end of my epi solo run weird. you mentioned a SD h-drol cycle how did you like it? how did you run it
 
Hey, I'm looking to begin a cycle on M-Drol and Cycle Support in January.

Can anyone advise if I should continue taking a reduced dose of Androbolix at the same time? I want to maintain natural test production.

The nipps situation seems to be the same. I ran Cyclo Bolan (superdrol & halodrol combo). I saw some really nice gains on that at a tab in the morning and a tab in the afternoon.


hows the nipps situation? i had the same feeling at the end of my epi solo run weird. you mentioned a SD h-drol cycle how did you like it? how did you run it
 
ncie h-drol was my 1st ph and i was not that strong after but looked really ripped. Cut me up real nice. Hopefully the nipple sit gets better. I think its the epi idk y but i had the same thing and it went away few days into pct. Was worried about gyno and all but everything turned out ok. I have read that it is estro that has bound bending the nipple. An anti-armose like ATD 6-bromo or letro would work i assume. I used novadex xt which is atd

Thanks bro. I am overall really happy with my gains. My nip situation on Christmas day was the worst it has been. It got a bit better when i bumped up my PCT dosage. My letro should be here very soon. I am still running the nolva and clomid but will be done with it this week.
 
could drop the clomi and see if that fixes the problem. clomi had both antagonistic and agonistic estro properties.
 
UPDATE

I finally got my new Inzer bench shirt last night and broke it in. After my usual raw warm ups I started to pack on some weight. My 5th set I repped 365lbs 5 times without a problem. I had so much left it wasnt even funny. I decided to shut it down after that because I really didnt want to overdue it and still had to hit shoulders. I will easily break my personal best of 430 lbs with it. My cycle gave me that boost I needed. Its funny because when I get in the shirt most of my size s gone do to it being so tight. I look like a skinny little kid in it. lol.

Sides: My nips seem to be a bit better these past few days. I am still running the jack3d, HGHup, and Inhibbit-e along with my last week of Nolva and Clomid. My appitite is a bit lower than normal these past few days. I am going to order some Blackhole from Nutra. I would like to put on a few more pounds so the shirt fits that much tighter.

I have kept a lean 15lbs from my cycle. I cant complain with that one bit!
 
Just read through the whole thread, nice write up sir. It's nice that you are providing so much information, to make it a learning experience for others as well. I will be starting a similar bridge cycle in a few weeks with a log.

Have you ever considered ZMA to help with your sleeping problems? The dreams can be pretty crazy but I sleep soundly with the ZMA.

Letro seems to be a great product to help with "gyno" like symptoms, it has worked very well for me in the past. Don't forget updated pictures when your PCT is over :)
 
This has been interesting. Congrats on the 17 lbs. Thats huge! I'm 5-6 165 right now and will prob do a SD (or MD) p plex bridge in march. I hope I can get 10+ lbs to stick. Way to go. Will be watching to see how PCT goes, keep logging!

Sorry for not updating this sooner but its been a bit crazy with my workout schedule and work. I am still up roughly 15lbs! I have seen an increase in strength during my PCT. I am completely dont with my PCT and I feel great so far. I highly recommend this cycle to the more experienced PH users. I got my blood work back and I have recovered just fine. My nipples seem to be good now and haven't had any problems. I have some Letro on hand in case of a delayed flare up.

I will be competing in April in the SSA 165lbs open weight class on the bench. The NY State record at 165lbs is 385lbs. I am going to blow that sh*t right out of the water!!!!! Thanks again to LiftingStud and Unrealmachine for helping me set this cycle up and for everyone support.. It was a wild ride! Congrats to N8te on his gains with this cycle as well.

I will be running another cycle a few months down the road. It will either be a Mdrol/P-plex bridge or an M1,4ADD & P-Mag stack. Still doing my research and debating which one will help me the most with power lifting.

I hope my log was informative for everyone. If anyone has any additional questions please do not hesitate to ask. Thanks again everyone and keep hitting it hard!!!!!!!!!

Yes, my blood work all came back looking good so I cant complain one bit. I had a Colimd and Nolva blend for my PCT. I ran HGHup and Inhibbit-E for my natty test booster.

I ran the Clomid & Nolva as follows:
Clomid 100/50/50/50
Nolva 20/10/10/10

Your benching 430 at 165lbs and you say you can push more. F@%# that's a lot. I was barely pushing 325 at 170lbs. Do you have much weight in your legs?

My test levels were slightly higher but not by much according to the doc. My liver enzymes seemed to be ok as well. I credit that to the support supps I preloaded and ran during my cycle and PCT, eating right and staying away from the booze. Over all the doc said everything looks to be good but not to jump right into another cycle and let my body have some time off.

I repped out 400lbs on my 4th set for one rep on Sunday in the gym without an issue. My goal is 435lbs come competition time in April. The current NYS record is 375lbs in the 165lbs open weight class. The kicker here is the record in the 198lbs open class is 435lbs. I will be throwing up what the record is two classes higher than mine lol. This usually seems to piss people off when they see someone that appears to be a lot smaller than them rip sh*t up! As for the weight in my legs, I have an Inzer Denim bench shirt on . The proper form is everything. There is weight loaded into my legs as my back is arched and I am required to hold my breath to keep the tightness. When benching like this my whole body feels like a solid ball of muscle. It was very awkward at first but this is how its done in comps.

I do know my doctor very well. Been a family friend for years. He was a little sketchy at first with this whole thing but he can see that I am taking care of myself and doing it correctly. I highly recommend getting blood work done. As I have always said, "just because you do not see or feel any sides doesn't mean they aren't there." I preloaded my support supps for a solid two weeks prior to starting my cycle and continued straight though my PCT. Bite the bullet and ask for the blood work bro. Trust me.

My doc said my levels were slightly higher but not anything to be concerned about after he explained my blood work to me. We will see how he feels about me running another cycle a few months down the road though lol

That all looks good. I would add some Fish Oil to that for sure. I have also added some cranberry extract as well for a little energy boost on the days I was dragging in the morning.

I would stick to the b vitamins....caffeine will raise your BP. If you can save your energy boosting supps for PCT...that's when you'll need them the most.

Im 23 y/o 5'11'' 200lbs and 10% bf. I have about 5 years worth of lifting experience. From what i have read (maybe i just havent dug deep enough in to research to find this answer) i have seen mixed reviews about m-drol for first time users. My question then is, would a bridge cycle like this be something not recommended for first timers? Would even a 4 week cycle of m-drol alone with cycle support and PCT be too much for a first time user?

If this is your first cycle I personally would run this m-drol bridge let alone m-drol solo. For a first timer I would recommend you give Epistane or E-stane a run. Once you see how your body reacts to that you can make the decision to run m-drol solo for 10/20/20. What did you have in mind for PCT with this?

Also for cycle support I would run Ai's cycle support and taurine if I were to do a bridge or m-drol solo.

Would you mind elaborating a bit as to would you recommend against this? Im not doubting your knowledge, I just havent been able to find an answer myself. If i were to buy these products now and leave them sealed unopened at room temp would they still be viable say 10 months to a year down the road after gaining some experience?
 
Yes I am sorry. I ment to say I WOULDN'T run that solo as a first timer. M-drol is very harsh stuff. It is imo the strongest PH out there. You should always start with something more moderate like Epi aka E-stane first to see how your body reacts. After you run something moderate, you may be able to run m-drol solo, then you can start to think about a bridge.

You would be smart to stock up now on them as they are getting harder and harder to find. They will be fine a few years from now as long as you store them in a cool dry place.
 
yea man start with h-drol or something milder honestly. M-drol you need to be experienced. I would use Sustain Alpha by Primordial Performance as your test booster in pct. **** works wonders for me
 
At 165lbs you are pushing 400lbs. 400lbs??? Damn. Well that has me beat. You have to give me some info and a date for this comp. I need to check this out.

I noticed the increase in BP but it wasn't bad especially with all the cycle support stuff I was taking. The lethargy still got to me quite a bit. I was sleeping 8-10 hours a night and was yawning mid afternoon and had to really push myself through my workouts.

From reading this post I hope the tail end of this cycle plays out better. My strength is way up. I'm also up 12 lbs and on my 3rd week. I have 2 cycles of M1t under my belt and that stuff never made me feel like Superdrol does.

I have the exact same wright gain and i used phera instead of epi. On phera right now after the bridge. Once the SD was dropped life got better, i didnt feel like crap, and everything stopped pissing me off.

never ran m1t but i heard it was worse then Super tho
 
hi gym addict,

when on the bridge, how did you time your doses?

eg mdrol 10mg + epi 20mg 1st thing in the morning and then the 2nd dose of each combined later in the day

or

spreading each compound out throughut the day?
