Prohormone, lean gains

I am going to start boxing and i dont want a lot of mass. My workout and diet is clean. Because i am shooting for more stregnth then mass my sets while lifting go as follow: 15, 12, 12, 10. I was wondering what the best prohormone is for lean stregnth gains. Unfortunatley tren got banned so idk what to do. Any help would be apreciated.

rep ranges of 3-6 are strength oriented. you're doing a mass routine. switch over your routine for what you want before adding anything else into the mix. stick that routine out for 2-3 months, and then, maybe consider prohormones.

age? years lifting?
 
As far as my experience goes, my strength on cycle is far from permanent. Definitely reconsider prohormone use.

The Capt. recommends a diet heavy in fishsticks and jerking off for lean stregnth gains :thumbsup:

x2, you got your stuff mixed up man.
hard and heavy to increase strength. 3-5 reps for 5 sets works best for me

I'd have to disagree, as I kept just about all my strength, what did you use?
