This is my first real log. I will begin on monday.

I'll be using Arnold's workout he made public. This is actually the 2nd time i used this workout. I had great results as my body held up to the demand put on it.

Goals: Make 300 lbs, break a 450 bench, get my squat past 600 again

This is my first cycle back from surgery and after weeks of rehab and building back up. This will be the first time I will go heavy again.

Cycle looks good, may I ask your history of past cycles?

Would it be possible for you to outline this workout?

If I may ask what were you in surgery for?

Will there be before and after pictures?

All in all its good to have you back working out again, please be safe with your lifting and cycle as we would all love to see the end result.
 
this is my 4th cycle
I will post the workout on Monday when i start
I tore my oblique off my pubic bone
I'll have to dig out the camera, but there will atleast be a picture of the end result.
