New Year's Resolution - OverTraining is Over!

B5150

Legend
In the year 2010 I will never train any body part more frequently than every 5 days (Monday/Friday - Wednesday/Monday).

Anything more frequent is driven by obsessiveness and compulsion and has proven to me time and time again to be unproductive at best and wreek havoc on my sleep and stress levels at worst.

Less is more and I resolve to do less and receive more. :D

Happy New Year, Brian! :)

Oh heat miser I've tried that one and it last's until spring then you get all fired up for the beach and that resolution goes out of the window. Trust me, lol

This is very true Brian especially when you get into your 40's! Good luck.

So true but it took me a few years for it to register.

Just have to watch the calories though if you don't replace your time off with anything else.

The cals I can handle..............either watch the diet or increase output. The thing that really gets me is the joints.

More rest, more recovery which in turn is resulting in increased intensity when training.

Most effective!

I'm liking the response to my physique.
