Hey all,
Recently I've been hurting the right side of my groin when ever I do HIIT... First time it hurt I gave it 4 days rest and went back to my 10k's with out an issue. Then last night I decided to start HIIT again and boom, I am hurting again.
Would USP Cissus be a good choice for this issue?
