I woke up this morning with back tightness. My mid back has been achy for a few weeks and today it is really tight. What can I do to help with this? I can't do a lot of yoga positions for my back now, because they put too much strain on my arm and my right arm needs to heal, so I can't do things like "the dog pose". I do have a heating pad and was thinking of uses that.
