hey guys. i did a cycle of P-tren and Phera over the summer great results. did tamoxi for pct at 40/40/20/20. about 3 weeks ago i touched my left nipple and i felt a lump about the size of a dime. i have a very strong feeling its gyno. now heres my question. i love skim milk i drink about a half gallon a day cuz its fat free and great protein. do you think that this might be part of the gyno problem? i think i heard milk can cause some estrogenic effects. im not sure if this is a stupid question just want to know some opinions

thanks

NOOOOOO, the hormones the cows are fed and then milked back out and bottled WILL NOT effect human hormonal levels AT ALL. Im so sure on this, you can quote me.... If that were the case, bodybuilders would be drinking 1 gallon+ milk a day because of the steroids, growth hormones, igf-1 etc.... I will try to find the articles I read and post them up, but the gyno was most likely caused by the tren...

Right, there are lots of hormones in millk. Does it get destroyed in the stomach/liver... YES.. Will it effect humans, NO. Maybe if they drank 4 gallons of milk a day, but thats impossible. I used to drink a gallon of 2 percent ED, do I have gyno, not really... Did it add slabs of muscle, not really. Make me taller or increase bone density, not really.... Is gyno common with tren even with a solid PCT, YES.... I got slight Tren gyno before with a good PCT, got rid of it when I got my prolactin under control though.

I am addicted to real milk, I drink at least a quart of whole milk every day. Sometimes I even drink half n half, I personally have not noticed any type of estrogenic effects and on top of that skim milk tastes like gypsy sweat, its disgusting.

I'm a milk lover as well. While many people may disagree that milk can be a danger to their health, they're also probably not aware of rBGH. rBGH is a growth hormone that is injected into cows to make them produce more milk. RHGB has been known to cause tumors in the breasts and possibly cause reproductive problems in women. The steroids given to cows may also increase the risk of some colon related problems. I personally drink only RHGB free skim milk from Bruams.

I'm not saying the milk caused his gyno, but thats a blatent lie that hormones in milk dont effect humans. Do a simple google search on it. Thousands of hits...

Based on all the opinions I have read on hormones and milk, I am still not convinced they are or will ever effect me in a neggative sense... IMO

yeah i heard it could affect gyno but the post about the stomach breaking it down sounds correct. So whats our final verdict? yes or no?
