Not a bad day today....tommorow is biceps and some abs. Felt tired today but went kinda hard on the eliptical again.
 
Arites so heres some crazy stats....at day 14 i was about 213-215. Today I am 234.4. At the first day of the log i was about 225 and now im close to 235. My right bicep has grown from 16 5/16 to 17 and my left from 16 to 16 6/16. The other measurements have increased like crazy to....Somehow i think ive also gotten more firm and cut up while putting twenty pounds on......Awesome. Now about getting to 240ish and playing football.

Applied for another MST log opp. Hope i get it. Think those numbers speak for my hard work guys....
 
wow bud....phenomenal gains! Congrats and good job with all the work you put in. You clearly earn the gains that you receive and doubled with RagNOrok Ultra....seems to be a win/win :)
 
So the RagNOrok is done...would have lasted the 40 days if i only single dosed. Ill post a full write up later this weekend and get some pics.
 
what exactly do you want in the write up aside from pics??

what you thought of the product. A bit of how it helped/hurt you, effects, pump, energy, endurance, etc. Basically just an overall summation of what it did for you and what you could comment on.
