At this point I'm keeping it as clean as possible but 1 day a week I have a cheat meal other than that its lean proteins and complex carbs

thats what im worrying about, the picture I posted on this post at the top is my current bulk cycle im eating clean and I don't want to get that fat gain, I hope im not as fat as I was when I started my last cut.

looks good so far but hard to tell with the shirt on how its working but since we can still see some awsome veins on shoulders and arms i would say you are still keeping it lean
