Morgen y'all! Sh!tty morning so far. Discovered my flash drive GONE, which included all my class info; notes, lectures, tests, ppts, etc; all completely vanished with the drive. Which made me late and less than fully prepared. If I find one of those lil bastages took it, they're gonna find him in a ditch somewhere and I ain't exaggerating!

Otherwise, it's been a helluva great day so far!
 
Ni Zao! Glad this sucky ass day bees over now! Had to shell out 80RMB for a new friggin flash drive. Another boring ass friday nite over here. -20C right now, so no one's doing sh!t. I keep on hearing "Happy Thanksgiving ehh!" Damn Canadians!

I see a coupla coldies and possibly a prip or 3 in the near future! :cheers:
 
That does suck roids. It's been beautiful sunny weather here, SFW, LHJO and incoming neovar. My non-Big days will soon be over. Trying to set up AP for toms night, meanwhile work on my tan.
 
I've actually been considering doing the tan thing lately. Of course, I'll have to wait till I get back to the states. Tanning isn't exactly the shizzle here. They actually sell skin whitening sh!t at the w-mart here.

I don't get it. Us whities want to get dark. These asian broads want to turn their skin white. White chicks want curly hair and black chicks want str8 hair. WTF?
 
Yes, you can always fill in days like this with a little forearm work. LHJO is ideal since that's usually the lacking arm.
 
It's always good to work on a weak point, no matter how uncomfortable or awkward it feels. You prefer RHJO, but you need to do LHJO or your friends will laugh at you.

Yo Lungz! A mate of mine over here worked in Afghanistan for two years as a Deputy Econ Advisor. He said that's the craziest friggin country he's ever been to. He said almost everyone over there is packing heat and everytime you get into a traffic jam, someone sticks a gun out the window and starts firing into the air to let everyone know to GTFO of the way. You seen any of that over there?
 
Yeah I nearly went there during taliban days in early 2000. Was in Nepal, going to head into India, across Pakistan to Peshwa on the border. Pick up a few trinkets, but it all fell through.

morning all been a while . I have been cutting using Adipo-X V2 Axis Labs new version of fat burner :D

I did not do any cardio and minor diet change ( timing ) and lost 6 lbs in 22days :D


I hope to be back for good :D as I miss some people here ;)
