Problems getting ahold of CC

Wow this has got to be some of the worst customer service i have gotten in a while.

Its funny because before i made the order, i emailed the same guy and got a response in under 10 minutes, now its been days with multiple emails and no response.
 
Well, i finally got a response, and although they are really bad at actually answering specific questions and responsing in a reasonable time period, i think it might all work out in the end.
 
Wow, they are kinda difficult to get a response from, but they resolved my problem. Processing time seems to be super slow as well.

After almost a year, I still have not gotten mine resolved. Although it was supposed to be shipped twice since then.

Same boat, Russianstar was taking care of me and then he completely disappeared. I'm not sure how to get ahold of them, or why they are treating us like this.
 
Why does AM still have Custom Capsule up here? There is obviously some shady business going on with these guys. cboesger has yet to get his order for an entire year, Jesus! I was very close to buying from this company but these threads have definitely deterred me from making that mistake. I hope some type of resolution comes out from you guys getting the shaft.
 
I just placed an order today and did not check here first. Big mistake I suppose. Will stop payment f I can and have sent them a Cancel my order email but who knows.

It is quite frustrating

they got back to me in a day a refunded my money for what it's worth.

Wish I would have gotten the same service



EDIT: Sent another email today, we'll see what comes of it...
 
At the moment guys everything is mega slow, the new facility isnt up yet, and everyone is totaly slammed with work, im trying to deal with one thing at a time.
