Superdrol/Tren Log...cmon in

dude, wtf.... youve done a sht ton of cycles, but it isnt noticeable at all (no offense.)

also, why would you plan such a heavy cycle with no reliable gym access, end of the semester exams/finals/etc going on, and no real understanding of diet or protein?

thanks...and no understanding of protein or diet? Would you like to compare diets and see who gets more votes? I'm pretty sure my day to day intake is pretty good. And what's wrong with doing cardio on a SD/tren cycle exactly? My heartrate is markedly increased so I'm getting nearly twice the workout for my heart with half the effort...and more calories are being burned...and BP is something that needs to be controlled and doing cardio on a regular basis is the best way to keep your BP normal. I'm not seeing any bad??
 
I don't see what's wrong with doing cardio on cycle, but you NEED to make it to the gym everyday your routine calls for it, should be 4-5x a week for lifting alone.
 
I completely agree with you guys..I picked a bad time to total my car and I'm nowhere near where I envisioned myself being at this time 3 or 4 years ago. I'm trying to give you guys an idea what a moderate dose of superdrol and a high dose of dienelone will do to someone lol.

Ate a lot today...well above 6000 and pretty much whole foods :-). Obviously the gym was closed today but I've got Chest, Bi's, and front delts tomorrow. I'm looking forward to stepping on the scale and being up about 3 or 4 pounds after all the carbs I ate today.


I doubled up on dose for the trenadrol and x-mass today before football (and nanovapor lol) and the aggression was definitely there in a good way. I was ready to hit anybody but could care less about fighting with someone when he got mad. I would guess that at that dose the androgenic activity would exceed test at a normal dose.
 
almost 3 weeks in

no scale but I have to be over 200 judging by the fat I've put on in the past couple weeks...BF hasn't been this high in almost a year..strength was good today though..nothing too explosive but moving in the right direction.

I love how you're complaining about your BF when you still have a flat-mid section....I'm 220-225 and i've never had a flat stomach in my life so quit yer bitching! Looks like a bit of acne flaring up on your traps.
 
you dont have money for chicken or beef, but you have enough $$ to smoke weed all weekend long. Shift your priorities.

I guess the grass is always greener on the other side...I could list off a million reasons I hate being an ecto lol..and yeah the acne has started a little on my shoulders and traps but I started taking 2 and 3 showers a day and have no big/painful ones as of this morning.

it was one weekend...and I just bought 32 oz of chicken the other day along with 10 cans of canned chicken. I was asking if a weight gainer would be alright in place of adding more meat to my diet because it would be cheaper and I was informed that, no it would not be an alright alternative to food lol. I would never spend money to go out or smoke if I couldn't afford protein or food. I hardly ever go out anymore anyways and I spend about 100 a month on weed. Moreover, I feel that weed is definitely as valuable as protein or creatine, because when 7-8 P.M. rolls around and I can't stomache another meal, let alone another 500-1000 cals, a few hits makes it not problem. Not trying to be combative or confrontational, but I think I have my priorities in place. Right now for me it's school, money, bodybuilding, everything else.

and just to add - I like to get high and go workout. My workouts are a lot more focused and intense. I've had some of my best workouts ever when i'm high. Caution though....getting too high will result in one forgetting why they are in the gym in the first place.

I don't do it all the time.....just occasionally.

I agree with you, I can lift alot more weight and don't feel my injuries as much when I go to the gym wacked up on CRACK.
 
I completely agree I think the mind muscle connection is enhanced ten fold by weed. I don't really like going to the gym high though...I tend to get paranoid if I'm too high plus I go to the gym on base and you have to talk to a guard when you drive in and I'm not trying to take that chance. I more like to relax afterwards and eat a large meal.

idk if massive should even be in the same sentence as anything having to do with my physique muscle-wise. But thanks man I really appreciate some positive feedback every now and again.
 
Day.....22 I believe

I can't decide if I want to bump it up to 30 mg's for the last week of SD or keep it at 20 and extend it to 5 or 6 weeks. I'm hesitant to stay on SD for that long with no access to bloodwork though. I'll probably just stay at 20 everything's going good. Strength was still up for the most part from last chest workout so I'll just ride it out at 20 I think. Shoulders were giving me more problems than the pec muscles...hate that.

you should stay at 20mg and yeah i dont know about extending it past the 4th week,without having done recent bloodwork. just stick to the original plan .
 
thanks bro i appreciate it...I'll stay here...still feeling good but I know the SD is legit bc of the water weight (well water in the muscles..I still look very dry but I know all the weight I've gained isn't muscle) and glycogen stores and I've been getting hypoglycemic at school bc I have 4 classes back to back so I have to eat something in there and it was never a problem before. 20 mg's is money. Less really is more with SD
 
Hey guys sorry for crappin out on the log but with finals comin up and work and catching rides to the gym at varying times, something had to give.

Today is day 31 and I'm currently planning on running the SD for the last week so 5 weeks at 20 mg's seems fine to me as I haven't had any physical sides to speak of really...I know my lipids are out of whack but that's gonna happen anyway and I'm hopin the nolva will help that along with all the support supps.

So today:
20 mg's SD
80 mg's X-Mass (pro-dienelone version..just incase someone didn't read the whole thing..I wouldn't)
60 mg's Trenadrol (I have convinced myself that there is something different about it still...when PA did the spectrum analysis or something the vida numbers were similar but off by enough that it probably wasn't related to error)
100 mcg's clen


Aggression has kicked in big time lately...the past few days especially. Just getting worked up and wanting to punch a wall over meaningless ordeals throughout the day. Hardness and vascularity are good..the strength gains have been great but I'm really only getting 3-4 sessions in the gym with weights but I promise you those p-90x workouts work your muscles in a different but not inferior way..I'm very pleased with how my physique has responded to the cycle so far. Lots of androgenic activity and the superdrol provides more than enough anabolic activity.

I had been running novedex xt at 2 caps to keep gyno at bay as I have become more estrogen sensitive the more cycles I've run...I'm taking a nice year long break at least when this cycle is over to let my HPTA relax a little bit. But anyways, yesterday I ran out of novedex and today I notice my nipples getting a little saggy and I can feel the lumps today so I'm going to start nolva tonight at 20 mg's until the cycle is over and then 40, 40, 20, 20 for PCT.

I'll get pics up in a bit or sometime tomorrow.


Along with the aggression...I know from experience testing these compounds individually it's the dienelone and trenadrol especially, I've had some BP issues with I've had before on SD and are returning the past douple days...about 9 days into the addition of clen. Light headaches, big veins (don't mind this), and just an overall uneasy feeling almost of a caged beast or sorts.
I love clen though...I've been starving lately and eating above the 6000 mark with all the **** foods I've been eating..but..no fat gain...just increased LBM and decreased adipose tissue.

All in all I don't feel the best but I love how my physique has responded.
