I was just wondering I had heard different things I heard hcg will make you able to have children even if you are on hrt for life, but I also read that doctors don't like to prescribe testosterone to patients that have hypogonadism because of the fertility issue.
It just puts me in a tough place, because without my testosterone I feel horrible, but family comes first and I want to have more kids.

Have any of you or anyone you know concieved children during hrt?

I believe you can still have children yes. I'll try to find some more info on this though

yes being on hrt can shut down sperm production (spermatogenesis). Just have your doc prescribe you hcg...one of its functions is to promote spermatogenesis.

Yes you can. Even after extended periods of time HCG will increase the production of sperm and natural testosterone. If you talk to the Doc about it though he may prescribe you HCG in a more preventative manner.

Also talk to him about HCG monotherapy. You may be able to produce testosterone levels high enough on your own with the proper HCG mono protocol.

Can't you pay to have some stored in a sperm bank?
I am planning on that, but my only thing is i have been on hrt for 2 months now, im still low test, low lh and low fsh. so the lh fsh being low made me think I might not have very much quality sperm.
