I have kept good strength increases even into the second week of pct. Week 3, I deadlifted 405 for sets of 10. Seeming as I had just been putting up 315 the same way before, the strength gains were great.

I don't know where i said that i have done 30mg before because i hadn't. Before this cycle I had done 10mg every other day for 10 days just to try it out. That was about 5 months before this cycle. I guess I was going to do 10/20/30 just as a precaution, since it was truly my first "cycle" experience with mdrol. If i do another i will probably hit 30 mg asap into the cycle. That was definitely the muscle gaining portion of my cycle.
