E-stane PCT?

I will be running E-stane by CEL as (my first cycle)
Week 1: 10mg ED
Week 2: 20mg ED
Week 3: 20mg ED
Week 4: 30mg ED
(along with my various supps/cycle assist)

for PCT, I have Nolvadex, I was thinking about this:
Week 1: 40mg of Nolvadex (Tamoxifen citrate)
Week 2: 40mg of Nolvadex (Tamoxifen citrate)
Week 3: 20mg of Nolvadex (Tamoxifen citrate)
Week 4: 20mg of Nolvadex (Tamoxifen citrate)

Will just the Nolva be enough? I have some PCT Assist by CEL (full bottle), should I bother using that too, or is that just overkill? Also, should I continue taking liver supps/etc during my PCT as well?

10/20mgs of E-stane is going to do very little for you(perhaps a bit dissappointing) I would run it at 30/30/30/30 with Nolva at 20/20/10/10 at 6/6/6/6
 
Thank you for the input, I'll do that, considering running 30/30/30/30 I still only need one bottle. By 6/6/6/6 you mean the PCT Assist (I have the 120 cap bottle)?
 
Alright, thanks! Quick last question, I have the 240 cap version of Cycle Assist. Should I do 4 caps TWICE daily during the cycle (like the label says, I think) or should I just do 4 caps daily?

4 caps twice a day----seperate it from the PH by 4 hrs;)
 
Perfect, thanks for all the input. I got the order in today and the PCT Assist they sent me was the 180 cap version afterall, so I'll run it at 6/6/6/6 like you said originally.
