Just had my first baby on Tuesday morning and havent stopped smiling since. My wife is breast feeding and I suggested trying to add a little fish oil to her breast milk when I feed him from a bottle. She said I was over-reacting and told me no. Am I just being a overprotective wanting him to have a little fish oil???
 
Congratz! now with that said you don't want any advice i could give on the topic of nutrition lol. your stats > me in my wildest dreams. I do recall reading a study or two on the benefits of fenugreek for breast feeding mothers.
 
Congrats on the new baby... your life will never be the same from now on, having kids is great. I would advice not giving them anything but breast milk, they're too little, their digestive system can handle much, they get all they need from milk... just enjoy cjanging the diapers for now :)

Two years down the track and I wouldnt change it for all the tea in China :lol:
 
A friend of mine had a baby recently. She says the poo smells like yoghurt, wtf?
 
Enjoy fatherhood fellas this time goes by so fast.:sorry: I cannot believe my 3 are all teenagers already and my first started college this year.
