I want to see how much I can improve on bench press, Bench is by far my lest favorite to do. I am hoping to increase my bench and Reps. I feel this will be the best test to gauge Carnage. I want to thank MST for all the Samples and the Carnage!!! I am ready to get down!

My Goal:
To increase my 1 max Flat beanch "Max is 250"
To Increase my reps @ 225 ( Current reps 8 to 10) 15 or 18 would be geat~

Just got back from running my 5k in the rain and wind. 44 outsideand the wind on the beach is about 10knots. hard run today... time 23.20... Carnage i did not get the tingles but I did notice my breathing was off a bit.. I feel I did not have energy like i normaly have.. It could be the dam rain,cold and wind...
just a note:
I run in 10 degree and feel fine lots of energy no issue..,,

I take Carnage 30 min before my run and it says to take post dose. My question is if I take 30 min before my run and it get back 23min later is that to close to take 3 more caps?
 
I am loving Carnage... Today was just great, I was doing my Mill Press and was adding more 10 lb plates and just kicking A$$ to my Joy I go up 165lb... I can not wait to see what I can do on the floor and bench press!!!! I want my CRE-02!!!!!!!!

Thanks but I am sticking with Crange only.... I want to see what Carnage can do on for me I am getting MY MVP AND ZMK next week!!!! So I am rolling!!!!!
 
What a great run!!!!!! The sun was out and The run was easy and fun no huffing and my breathing was on point 23.18min My time is going down and I am not running hard just a light jog.... I might go all out in the next week or so to see what I can do..

So Far the Carnage is doing it things!

I have notice that my endurance is to the next Phase. I played Basket ball yesterday @ 6 am to 8am full regulation court. I was sprinting up and down the court and smoking all the young studs… That never happens, I have always been fast for short period in the game but not for 2 hours, I made more fast break points it was good feeling! So I thinking the Crange is working... Couple of my freinds asking me what kind of training I was doing to be that fast I just simple said Google millennium sports technologies and talk to me when have questions!!!! Lasting I have been ask to run the Turkey Trot and the Devil's Chase 6.66 miles... I think I might run the Turkey trot...to get back into road racing.... Is this enough excitement for you?

Short workout-MST did you folks spike the Carnage? Because I just boke my PR on the floor Press 255..
Folks @ my Gym are talking saying that I am taking HGH and roids this the secound time folks been whisping and asking about my Supps... HMMMMM I might have to changes Gym LOL

My performance in the gym was so amazing that I broke 2 PR in the floor press and on my bench. I need a new goal for my one rep 1max bench!

I dont see any problem with that. if it was something you were using prior to this log, there's no reason you can't continue use.

Hey everyone--- the dam doc ofice was a zoo so I did not get to the gym!.. Also I am not running only doing light on the legs... so Tuesday and and sundy will be workout days...

Since you ask..


I have what is called an athlete’s heart I went to the doc for a follow up everything is ok on that front, but if anyone who has this know it will freak you out if you are running full speed then in a sec you have chest pain like fing heart attack…. I have been having Stomach issues not because of the supps just a lot of stress h.pylori it is not and I had gi scope and they found that I have an inflame lining… But nobody can tell me what that means!!! So I am getting a second option!

Last is the dam knee I had a meniscus tear year and half ago got it scope, everything seems fine then I got hammered in ball and came down hyper the knee and it has not been right since, but I will keep working on legs but no running !!!!

Make sure you take it ez on that knee. . . I love my Knee's and sometimes they don't love me because of all of the stress that i have been putting on them bad boys with all the weight i do with my leg workout! hahah LOVE YOUR BODY U ONLY HAVE ONE!!! Today was chest ... .I did not have ant thing in my tank today.. No motivation I just crapy...... Dam!!!
